While I was waiting for an appointment in Redlands I decided to get my eyebrows done and just picked a random place on Google. Boy was I surprised, I have never received such a spa like treatment for my eyebrows. She took her time on each individual eyebrow, applied an oil to my dry skin and forehead (massaged it in) and did a little filler because I am getting a little thin in my eyebrow section. All of that personalization for $12. I wish I lived closer because this would be my go to spot. But I will make sure I definitely stop by here every time I'm in the area.

LACK OF GRACE AND ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! My wife took our teenage daughter in for eyebrow waxing and the end result was nothing short of atrocious and hideous. As pictured, my daughter suffered a procedure that left her right eyebrow half barren. The woman responsible for this hack-job blamed her utter incompetence on my daughters pubescence, stating, "it was because of hormonal changes." As you can see from the photo provided a day prior to our visit, it is evident that my daughters eyebrows were full and lush. With our daughter visibly upset, struggling to hold back her tears, my wife inquired of how the business owner could possibly make this wrong a right. The business owner haughtily answered, "it was probably already like that. If I know it's my fault, I won't charge." Only a deceitful dullard would have the audacity to lay such a false claim and demand payment for shameful incompetence! My daughter's eyebrows will grow back bour business with Simi's never will.

Today was the first time I've ever had my brows threaded . It was such a great experience . I really like how quick it was , and the overall look of the brow and the shape you achieve from threading is much nicer . Threading is so much better than waxing . No hot wax , no red welts on your face afterward just smooth eyebrows that are on point ! I will no longer be waxing ! She was nice and friendly Shop was clean Brows threaded for $5!!! Awesome service They charge less than other places, and I like their service more. I came to Simi for Brazilian waxing. They charge ($35-45)which is cheap compared to other places. I liked how she made me feel comfortable, because let's face it, waxing hurts like a bitch I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. I did bruise but I bruise easily. I really like her. I'll be making more frequent visits :) read more

First time here...i think my first mistake was not calling ahead to make sure Simi was here. After the lady who was there gave me a bald spot on one eyebrow and missed a couple super obvious strays...another customer walked in and asked, "Where's Simi??" And that's when I realized why my brows looked that way. She was rather rough and her fingers often brushed my other eyelid or lips. Thankfully my brows grow fast but she didn't stick to my request not to alter the shape or thickness. Not coming back. read more

Never again. My eyebrows are two completely different shapes. Your eyebrows are supposed to be sisters, not twins, as they are shaped a little differently. Mine aren't even related!!! I was so sure with great reviews that this would be an excellent experience. Been getting threaded for 5 years now. Simi is heavy handed and painful to use. Many others have a light touch. She did a beautiful job on my right side with a graceful arch and then my left is completely flat with no arch. She couldn't even fix it to they look more similar. She told me to wait two weeks until they grow in!!!! First time visit is my last time. I'll go back to my old shop. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would... I have never posted a negative review anywhere - this is the first. I was very clear that I wanted my eyebrows left full and that I have a small scar in the left eyebrow that I filled in with a pencil so she could easily leave my eyebrows full without going anywhere near that small scar. Well despite expressing full understanding prior to starting as we both looked in the mirror together to point it out, she hacked my eyebrows to 2 thin lines to completely go ABOVE the scar instead of well below it to keep my eyebrows full. I have never cried about any substandard work I received, but this time I could not fight the tear rolling down my cheek when I looked in the mirror. I should have stayed faithful to more normal eyebrow place even though it's a farther drive away... read more

I've been there a few times. Usually it's an older lady that does my lip threading but i went back a few days ago and there was a younger women. She was very rough on my lips and cut the corner of my lip and didn't even say sorry. I know accident happens but she was quite rude about it and made me feel a bit awkward when i said to her there was a bit of blood coming out of my lip. read more

Had my first visit here yesterday. I was a bit nervous at first as this was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. There was no pain and I was in her chair for no more than 5 minutes. I left extremely happy and pleased with the results!! My eyebrows look so great! Will definitely be coming back. And also, first time visits are only 5 dollars. Such a great deal. read more

Coming here was a huge mistake. I had a very busy day so I went by right when they opened at 9:30AM and of course no one was there. In fact, no one had arrived until 9:37. This should have been enough for me to take my business elsewhere but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Onto the eyebrow threading... Not only was this woman rude but she was not gentle at all. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over a year it should not hurt that bad. I'd like to mention that my eyebrows hadn't been touched in months so they were basically brand new. Some how she managed to give me TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EYEBROWS. Avoid this woman at all cost. read more

The worst experience I've had recently, I was extremely specific about how I wanted my brows to be and the lady doing them completely disregarded what I said and thinned out my brows! She was distracted and was not attentive which was even more frustrating, she also did not recognize her mistake after i expressed my dissatisfaction, honestly I will never go back! read more

And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. I definitely recommend. & please, don't let small spaces or individual businesses/spaces scare you away. This is quite common in Redlands, especially in DT!

One of my friend recommended her !! Get appointment on phone Bcz she only open by appointment! I don't think she have any experience! I trust on my friend and see lots of good review on yelp !! So I think she is good but BEWARE! Am post a picture she give 2 dollars discount if you post a review on yelp and google so don't trust a review !! The esthetician (if I can even call her that) was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. It was the worst experience ever... First off the ladies are rude and my wax was extremely painful! Never had I bled from a wax!Avoid this place if you a receiving a wax. One they were Way too fast, she was ripping me skin so i was bleeding (a lot) . I am been getting my eyebrows done from the ladies at this salon for over a year. The ladies here are very experienced at doing eyebrows, and always seem to do a great job. I love keeping my eyebrows thick and they know how to keep it thick and looking clean! I have been going to Simi for my face threading for over a year now and she does the best job in Redlands! The prices for the services are extremely reasonable and there is barely ever a wait. Simi is very precise with her work and never leaves any stray hairs! Also, she will very kindly go over areas that I may think need to be re-threaded.
