I went to get my eyebrows threaded at this place about two weeks ago. As soon as I walked in the lady whom does the threading was very polite. The place is a bit small yet very clean and well organized. I was hesitant to go since every place that I've been to never really leaves my eyebrows the way that I want. The wait was only about 5 minutes and as soon as it was my turn the lady actually listened to what I had to say; finished them within a few minutes. Came here for the first time reading the reviews. I went to get them done by Simi herself & she made me them SO UNEVEN & on top of that one eyebrow is longer than the other. She took way to much off & I even showed her a picture indicating how I wanted it to be and she said she would do them like that but clearly she was wrong. She was friendly but she does not use real henna, she uses instant henna. It looks like sharpie and only really lasts for a few hours even when being cautious. After it has dried, it still spreads and will definitely transfer to your face, body, and bedding if you sleep with it on. Please also be aware that fake henna can be so dangerous for some people and cause very bad burns and welts to the skin. read more

She leaves my eyebrows looking great, but she is extremely rough and painful. I always leave with some type of cut on my skin. I've requested her to leave parts of my eye brow thicker, and she ignores them. At the end I could respect that she gives my brows a great shape but she can definitely be more gentle and honor her customers requests. Even if she has a beautiful gift and vision. read more

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would! I've lived in Redlands for a few years now and I've been a loyal costumer since I moved here and I go often! I always get my Eyebrows Threaded by the same Woman because I enjoy her work. I don't know her name but she's looks young and has kids. Her Customer Service Skills are absolutely atrocious! Every time I go in there it's not busy at all. I'm the only one there and this Woman is always on the phone and I know she's not on a Business Call because she's speaking her native language. She knows I'm there but she continues talking for a bit longer and makes me wait. It's like that every time I go in there. It's like her phone call is more important than me the paying customer! I didn't like it at all but I still went. Well this last time I went in was the straw that broke the Camel's back. The shop was empty and it was just her and her Co-worker. She was Video Chatting and she saw me and had the audacity to ask me if I could get my Eyebrows done by her Co-worker! I was beyond upset! How dare she treat me so horrifically awful!
