Very fast and reliable service. Price is reasonable and the environment is modern. The first time I came here, I walked in without an appointment on a Friday around 10:30 AM. I was told that there was an opening around 12 PM. It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. I have definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Redlands and will plan to come back again. read more

Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted and sat down. Our manicurist was ready for us. They also do an amazing job! First time coming here as my usual nail salon is too far of a drive mid week with traffic. I came in with a 2.5 week grown out gelX set on and Katie did a fill for me. She made them look better than when I first had them done, cleaned up the shape and really paid attention to detail, which is very appreciated!! I will definitely return and ask for Katie. The *only* thing is I wish this place had more cat eye colors to choose from. Glad they have chrome though as that's my second favorite currently. I went in for a full set of acrylics. This was the first time in 15 years that I had them. It was my 15yr anniversary and I wanted to do something special for myself before my dinner reservations later with my husband. When I arrived at Glam X nails around 10am, I was shown to Natalie, the nail tech who'd be doing my nails. Natalie was uninviting and unwelcoming from the moment I sat in her chair. I tried to make some old talk, and tell her it had been a long time since I had nails. She just brushed it off and just acted like whatever when I told her that. I told her I was nervous about it, but wanted to go ahead and do it, again she just acted very disconnected and uninterested. When I showed Natalie my inspiration picture after I asked if you'd be willing to look at it, she met it with a dismissive attitude, like ok. I was under the impression the nail tech would color match the polish in the picture, again because it has been so many years since I've had my nails done, but I was wrong. I was meet with an attitude from her that I was to color match the polish myself before we got started. I was confused that she brought all kinds of colors to my area to look at. And I asked her. Are you gonna look for the color or do I. She said in a very loud tone, "you figure out the color before we continue". The inspo picture showed a short square natural, looking nail with very light pink color. Once I found the color that looked very similar to the one in the picture more of an issue begun when we had to do the length. I practically had to argue my way with this nail tech Natalie on the length. I kept telling her the length was too long and that it needed to be cut shorter, she kept reassuring me that I needed to trust her and that she had more filing to do and that they would be short based on the picture. However, when I realize she was done with all the filing, the nails were still too long for my preference. I told her again they're too long, she again continued with her attitude, this negative vibe and asked with an attitude, well, I can file some more if that's what you want. At this point, I'm uncomfortable, I'm contemplating just getting up and walking away and just paying for the service that was done. But foolishly, I sat there and allowed her to finish knowing that the nails are still too long for my preference. I was hesitant to make this review, because I always go to this establishment for pedicures. Never have I ever had a bad experience doing the pedicures. But this time, dealing with this specific nail tech, it has changed my whole perspective of this business and whether or not I will still continue to give them my business. Her attitude towards me was very unprofessional, extremely unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was bothering her to do her job. I run a business where I work with clients in a service industry. She's highly trained, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to talk to. She pays close attention to detail and clearly takes pride in her work. She introduced me to poly gel nails, and I don't regret it for a second. They feel lightweight, last so much longer, and look beautifully natural. Yay I have a new nail place! We got pedicures here (me, my sister and mom), my sister had Wendy, I had Helen, and my mom had T (not sure if that short for anything). We all had amazing services. I finally found a nail place where I moved to! I was driving an hour to go to my pedicure girl every month and it was just really tiring. I'm so glad this place is only ten minutes away from where I live. Wendy and Helen did amazing jobs on our French pedicures and T did a great job on my mom's pedicure. Our toes look very clean and polished! it is on the pricier side so I wish they had a promo or something but I'm also very happy with the service I got. I will say, Helen didn't speak much English so it was a bit harder to communicate with her but she still did such an amazing job on my pedicure and I will absolutely be coming back next month! read more

I love the results when I leave every time, but recently I had an incident where I required an acrylic nail on my toe, came out great, but by the next day it was broken. I called and explained but they told me they don't guarantee their work more than a week. I wasn't able to return sooner as I lived 35 mins away and only go to this area once a week or else I would have returned sooner. So I had to pay an additional $10 dollars for the acrylic nail to be fixed. This place has great work but pricey. I paid $70 for a gel fill with French...appears to be a few dollars short of a full fresh set. I love this place but 3 starts for the customer service and the price! read more

Lady was rude, answer the phone while doing my nails. I ask for medium coffin shape and I she did almond short. They did let even look almond shape. Loved this nail salon! I was able to book an appointment online and once i arrived, I was able to be seated immediately. The ladies here were very nice and attentive, Kayla did my manicure and pedicure and I could not be happier. The location is very clean, organized, and well equipped with everything they need. Many other nail salons charge extra for the most ridiculous things, but not here! I was charged exactly what I got and was not charged extra. I was getting services here for the last two years and as of recently they have become rude. I went in for a wax today and not only was I not greeted, but the wax service was trash. She didn't tweeze, the chair was dirty, she left me with wax, I still have hairs left, and I felt extremely rushed. 1 star I went in for a full set and paid over $160, expecting quality work and a lasting set. Unfortunately, not even a week later, one of my nails completely broke off. When it did, I was shocked to see how damaged my natural nail was underneath. The technician had filed my nails down so aggressively that my nail bed is now exposed -- it hurts to touch, and it's incredibly sensitive. As the rest of my nails are starting to grow out, I'm noticing deep dents in each one. It's clear they were over-filed, and now my natural nails are severely damaged. I'll have to wait weeks, maybe months, for them to fully grow out and heal. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I trusted this salon with my nails and now I'm dealing with pain and long-term damage. Please be cautious if you're considering getting a full set here. I would not recommend it based on my experience. read more
