They delivered the food over 2 hours away (Meyers, CA) and it arrived perfect. My brother-in-law is a chef/restaurateur with 2 restaurants and he could not stop eating the lasgna, and was amazed at how affordable their offerings are, especially at that high caliber. My wife also asked the chef to make a recipe that was not on their menu (Marry Me Butter Beans). It was soooo good. My wife and I are both vegeterian and so we wanted a fully vegeterian wedding. Its not always easy to please non-veg guests when you're only offering vegeterian fare, but Catered to You was able to pull it off. Jimmy is so kind and truly wants to do his part to make your special day as seamless as possible. He understands budget concerns and is very realistic with you about what stuff you could cut to save money -- he doesn't try to sell you on everything just to make more money for himself! I also love that he can plan well enough to not have any waste. We had a bit of entrees leftover at the end of the night but nothing crazy. And pro-tip: his appetizers WILL run out because they're so delicious so make sure someone grabs appetizer plates for the bride and groom ahead of time. His staff was so friendly and helpful, we hired a bartender through him as well to help pour wine for our guests. The wait staff also helped move all of our ceremony chairs to the dinner tables and setup our donut bar in the middle of dinner so they didn't sit out for too long.
