I am not a native of the ACA service area, so I had to start from scratch when the problem with a…read morewater heater occurred. After calling several companies where I got no response, or a maybe I can come in two days response, I called ACA. The lady that I spoke to was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She told me a technician would contact me. And just a few moments later, I did get a phone call from a technician who asked me pertinent questions and obviously knew what he was talking about. The technician worked with me and met me at a time that I could get away from work. He showed up exactly when he promised. Being that he was very knowledgeable, he had the issue resolved in record time. The charges were extremely reasonable, especially considering that this was done on a day of very inclement weather when most companies were considering it an emergency only day. In short, in the future, I will not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs that I may have.
