Did not feel safe even pulling back in the garage, so it sat out until they finally decided to come pick it up to service. They, finally, after many back and forth with BOTH companies, "not our problem" "it's the other companies" Icononic, came to pick up the brand new, faulty cart. Yes, they did leave a subpar much cheaper "loaner" cart. Nothing of value of what was bought and paid cash for. Well here we sit and it is now September, and they STILL, will NOT make this right. Showed up at the actual sight after many runarounds to physically look in on the cart, and it was parked in the "lot" exposed to weather and never even touched! They have had the cart for 6 months and NOTHING has been done to rectify this issue, except an extremely long list of "why's, can't's and will NOTS!!" The sales guy (Chuck Woody) we had been talking too and assuming working on this issue, stated he would no longer deal with me, "because I asked him to not yell at me or be ugly, I just wanted answers" So please please use caution if you do ever end up dealing with either of these companies!! The better business of Alabama has been informed and a complaint is being filed.

Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially since I had already paid in full. When I tried to express my disappointment and concerns about the situation, the staff were dismissive and rude, showing little interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging the inconvenience they caused. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.
