With her vehicle rolling over multiple times all of her belongs were thrown from her truck and being a college female student we had 11 loads of laundry to do. Mrs. Charolette was so caring and helpful, because it was so much and we had only a little time to get it done, my other daughter and I did it ourselves. However, Mrs. Charolette jumped right in with us and help clean a blood stain from my daughter, who was in the accident, shoes! She offered advice to save money and time, she cared for my family as if it were her own. I recognized right away that she cared for her business and equipment. I will say she is rightfully protective of her family owned small business equipment and she won't put up with deceptive or unpleasant behavior! I respect and admire the way she handles herself and her business. I had the pleasure to spend a few hours with her and I left with clean clothes and a full heart! I think the world would be a much better place if there were more Mrs. Charolette's in it! I will self proclaim her as my grandma!

Charlotte has a rude attitude towards my wife and child and has no customer service whatsoever. Last time my wife asked her and the employees to put her clothes in the dryer for her, as that is a service they offer. Charlotte asked "You can't wait 25 minutes?" 1.) This is a SERVICE YOU OFFER 2.) Why would you ask that of a customer if the whole reason people use this facility is specifically for the purpose of dropping off their clothes and picking it up once it is done. 3.) You do not know our schedules, plans or reasons for using your services. So Charlotte decides to charge us $11 just for them to move our laundry from washer to dryer.No folding. Instead of the $3 she charged last time for the same service, and same amount of clothes. If you ask the employees how much their services cost they will tell you it depends on who you ask. No prices are posted anywhere. Terrible business practice

That being said, Holiday Cleaners is HORRIFIC when it comes to customer service and damage control in this regard. They offered a refund on a destroyed garment I submitted to them. A refund for the cleaning. When I requested a store credit for future business or something similar equal to a negotiable price of the clothing I was met with HOSTILITY. The manager knew I was military and threatened to call my "First Commander" (whatever that is) on me for being "A pain in the ass". Well this pain in the ass will take his business elsewhere, and I recommend you do the same.
