I took in my 2002 f150 needing a new key. It takes 2 working keys to program new keys without a big hassle & a $75 charge in that model. I had one working key and one very hinky key. The guys sat out there in the hot sun giggling that hinky key for a good 10 minutes and finally got it to work saving me the upcharge. They were good natured about it & saved me money. I called in advance to see if they could do what I was asking for and they said that it would not be a problem. I even confirmed the key type I needed in advance with someone over the phone. Drove 15 min out of my way and when I showed up they said it wasn't possible and they just overall seemed confused. I showed up with an after-market electronic key fob for my Prius that required programming by a professional locksmith. It was 20 minutes past closing time, according to their sign, but I noticed the door was still open, so I went in simply to find out whether he could do it and what would be involved--when I would return during working hours. Instead, Floyd immediately investigated the situation, programmed my replacement key, and had me on my way in 20 minutes--all with a friendly, helpful demeanor. These people are the worst! The men treated me like I was stupid and invisible. I have been there several time and it's been the same treatment. This time all I needed was new keys for my car. I got the keys, they didn't work. Not the first time I have had to go back for them to get it right! Went in to get a key made for a small fire-proof chest thing, ran into a few problems... The girl helping me didn't seem to want to work with the key making machine, couldn't get the key to go into the lock because the lock was turned in the wrong position, BUT she finally got the key working. I was happy until I heard that they charged me $8 to "Look up the key in the book" and then $1.75 for each little key! They got the job done but it seems like they overcharge for seemingly simple tasks, will try and find a different lock smith next time. read more

I had lost my keys a while back, and they were able to make me a car key from a code that the dealership gave me. It worked perfectly. Very reasonably priced, and really fast! Unfortunately....I lost my keys again, so I will have to go through the same process LOL. Be calling them tomorrow!! read more

I called today to get a padlock opened. Sam responded in a timely manner. Although he was unhelpful. He fished around with his pickset, in what appeared to be a very sloppy manner for about 20 minutes. Came to the conclusion he was unable to pick it. He broke out his boltcutters which were too large to fit the space. I got out my boltcutters and got the lock cut myself. He still charged me the callout fee plus the time he spent with his pickset. I understand he made the trip, but did not accomplish any part of the job. I believe he should have waived the fee, since I eventually cut the lock myself. read more

We have had the worst service here. We have been waiting for a part that should have been here in "2-3 days." That was over a week ago. Called to check after a week...not in yet. My husband went down to check again the next day and asked them to call and found out it was never ordered. Meanwhile we have been without a vehicle waiting on the part. Won't be back! read more
