She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, fun to talk to and always mixes up my sessions. No PT session is ever the same and she challenges me at every session to do more than I think I am capable of doing. Ciara customizes every session based on how I am doing and always gives recommendations on ways to improve and get better. Because of her sessions, my knees have improved, and I am able to go on much longer walks and I am able to do my day-to-day activities with greater ease. My hip issues have improved dramatically. RISE in Solana Beach is a small PT office but they do a great job in their space to provide an hour of great, personalized PT care. I am fortunate to have found this great office and Ciara close by.

If I didn't know that Jandra's expertise was grounded in science I would say that she is a miracle…read moreworker! For decades I suffered with a chronic GI problem. I tried to solve it on my own and when that didn't work I went to my family doctor and we tried to solve it together. After numerous trials and failures I then went to a gastrologist. Again, I had no success. Years went by before I tried to tackle the problem again and this is when I was referred to another gastrologist who specialized in the type of GI problem I was having. After more exhaustive treatment trials, I had still not come any closer to solving my problem. I was then recommended to try pelvic floor therapy. I searched around for the best medical expertise in this field and discovered Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center. This is where I found Jandra Mueller. We discussed my symptoms in detail as well as my general medical history. We also looked in detail at my daily eating habits and when this didn't divulge anything suspicious she recommended some supplements for me that my body didn't seem to be producing. From the moment I began taking them I noticed a difference and within two days I was no longer experiencing the GI problem that had haunted me for decades! Jandra has literally given me my life back.
