The contractors have weekly/biweekly meetings with the owners and subs and try their best to keep on schedule. The work is never signed off on until everyone is happy. Experiences with this company include workers showing up smelling like alcohol, workers attempting simple construction jobs and failing due to inattentiveness with sloppy work results, unethical practices to include questionable hiring and blatant disregard of contractual obligations. I really could go on and list many more examples of why you should NEVER hire this company, but I would get carpel tunnel syndrome. There are plenty of other contracting businesses that are more professional and ethical. If your need is to pay a construction firm that takes pride in its work, do not look here. I truly wish there was a zero or no star to choose from before I posted this.
