He came up & said he wouldn't replace the ice maker because it wasn't worth it and charged me $125. I asked him why he didn't tell me on the phone since he was very familiar with these refrigerators that he couldn't and wouldn't repair it. What a rip off! Jeff cane several times for a squealing dryer and he is not a very experienced appliance repair man…read more. he charges too much for the call and doesn't even open up the dryer. he orders parts "he thinks" one piece at time , making your price more expensive. When you look online for the parts he replaced they sell it in a kit for way less and the instructions online tell you to replace all wheels and pulley while you're in there ! he was doing one wheel at time .. my husband had to find the issue or he would have left and come back again . he was not very knowledgeable and charges to much for not being efficient. this was not a computer issue it was mechanical. all washers have the wheel and pulley. will not call him again.

Went down to check on the clothes that I had attempted to wash in the evening, and the same error codes were showing. I contacted AZE and the part that was needed to fix it wouldn't be available for 3-5 business days. That being unacceptable they are hopefully returning tomorrow the 30th to remove the part that was erroneously installed and issuing a refund. Turns out they're claiming I cancelled the credit card transaction but I still have to pay the $75 which I'm not. I've started the dispute process which includes all the messages between me and the technician.

Let me start this review by saying our refrigerator is garbage, dont buy Samsung! Doug came out in April and spent an hour+ defrosting buildup. He made some minor repairs and cleanups and left us with a 30 day guarantee. We had to call him again in May when ice buildup returned, and he came back (both of us) knowing it was not the fault of his labor, but rather the faulty craftsmanship of our refrigerator. Doug has a lot of knowledge and even more through consultation with his father's decades of experience. He made literal MODIFICATIONS to our refrigerator (moving a sensor or thermometer or something) to make our refrigerator function as it should. Concepts Samsung clearly missed in the manufacturing of their junk refrigerator. I am so grateful for his work ethic and help, our refrigerator has been saved. Best money spent this year!

Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall.
