When the company we used for arrangements and marker ordering ended up making a big mistake with our dads marker, Jonathon stepped up and helped us navigate a solution and he even threw in an in ground flower vase with a face plate that matched our marker. He did not need to do that, we had not even bought our marker through them. Once the corrected marker was returned to Green Acres they expedited having it set and placed on out dad's grave on his Birthday as they new people would be visiting.
