    Would give less the one star if I could. If Tractor…read moreSupply's motto is "Our employees are impowered to help our customers" Khailee, at our Ferndale Tractor Supply did not get the message. I went in to get some information on a bad Boy mower before the big demo event on the 23rd. Asked at the register if someone could help me and Khailee, I assumed the manager, was called. I waited at the register and Khailee came in soon after obviously upset that I wasn't outside waiting?? Her attitude was dismissive, she knew nothing about the mowers, or about delivery information, and told me all the information was online, where I had looked before I came in. Plain and simple she was not very helpful or even nice. Just bought the same mower from Brim Tractor in Lynden today, where they were very helpful, knew their product, and were nice. Good job, Henry at Brim tractor.

    Tractor Supple in Ferndale needs to spend sometime coaching their associates in personal skills as…read morebasic as how to make eye contact and at least act aware that they have customers present in their store. Don't recall the names of the colleague I approached May 8th around midday. The young woman could not have been bothered - she's being paid for doing nothing. One of two people in the central service area of the store - when I asked about two products she simply pointed and said outside while barely making eye contact. There were all of five people shopping - she had ample time to ask me if she could assist in finding items I requested. I roamed around outside for ten minutes with no luck. Is unfortunate the friendly colleagues at Ace Hardware suggested I make a trip to TS. In Ace I was greeted and shown to the items I needed and even got extra help at the cash register. I have no problem being a 'do it yourself' shopper. I do have a problem with businesses paying their associates for doing nothing. Second thought TS associates working here are so unmotivated for what they've been hired to do I don't think any amount of training would improve the situation.

    Terrible Experience - Especially with the Parts Manager…read more One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, we tried to pay over the phone, which they don't allow - fair enough. So I made the trip down in person to pick up and pay for the parts. The person at the counter handed me the items and confirmed everything was there. The next day, I realized they had shorted me one of the filters. When I called to sort it out, the Parts Manager accused us of being "sketchy" because we had previously sent a courier from Load Worried ** without prepayment. When I pointed out that it was their mistake for missing the part, she doubled down and said we were difficult to deal with and that we are a PAIN FOR THEM. Her solution? Come back and pick it up, or get a refund. So now I'm stuck making a second trip because of their error and unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend doing business here - especially not with the parts manager Kate Arnold.
