His orthodontist recommended Dr. Ninh and team and they were only 1 of 2 dentists working on Saturday. The other was amazing and but I knew she stopped working emergency denistry on Saturdays. Dr. Ninh's care team squeezed us in so we could get on the road for vacation later that day. They called the day after to check on my son and a few months later M called me just to see how everything was going and in a brief chat, I became a new patient as well. Several years ago I had cancer and rather complicated issues with my health and teeth related to that - now in remission, many doctors didn't want to work with me. Dr. Ninh and his staff worked with me to line up what could be done and what would take more in-depth work or clearances. My (former) primary dentist would not even do a cleaning. The cleaning here was excellent and the hygienist is awesome! H and M in the front office are absolutely amazing. A, his dental surgical assistant is amazing, kind, and has a world of experience with patients and love of dentistry. They work to ensure I am comfortable, numb me thoroughly, worked to save my tooth, and restored function to my bite. Dr. Ninh is very knowledgeable and focuses to ensure a positive outcome that I am happy with. The next day H or M usually call to ensure everything is doing well and ask if I need to pass a message to Dr. Ninh and have him call. They make you feel welcome, ensure that you are comfortable, and work to make a positive experience out of the treatment process.

They start by taking your blood pressure, and checking X-rays and gum health. She is so thorough with her explanations and shows you the images too. She noticed things that my previous dentists overlooked, and found the root cause to my jaw clenching and grinding. She truly cares about her patience's health and well being. I am a highly anxious person, hence the grinding/clenching, and dentist appts always brought me more anxiety. She ALWAYS ask what she can do to make the experience better. She provides me with a blanket, and a mango stress ball. She also offers clients the Tv remote, sunnies, pillows, etc. I am always treated with care. On top of that, the office has an office doggo!! It is small and so so cute! The dental hygienist are kind too and try their best to create rapport with the clients. The appt usually takes an hour and since they're with you, it creates a safe space. You can park in the front or in the bottom level of the nearby garage.

I have been treated very rudely and the hygienists I have seen over this recent time period have been very rough on my mouth, not treating me with the care that I was used to receiving from prior hygienists. I have had to wait at least 20 minutes each time I come in for a visit. One time I had a 3 week old at home and informed them of this, and they did not seem to care. Another time when I was pregnant, my seat was pushed all the way down and I was left in this unsafe and uncomfortable position for a very long time. The billing has also been very complicated and we have received bills for items we already paid for. Invisalign was being sold to my husband when he went in. It's a shame because I went here for a very long time, but this is no longer an acceptable level of care for my family and I.

They do online appointments which is great, so I gave them a try. My first appointment was great. The staff is friendly and will make you feel comfortable. The other thing I liked is that they will breakdown and explain the services and make sure that you understand the costs. No pressure when you decline some services. The prophylaxis was quick, easy and actually pain-free. I dread going to the dentist but they changed my outlook. I was satisfied, enough to book my future appointments with them. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone, especially if you dread going to the dentist for regular checkups and cleaning.

Dr. Rayek patients beware!…read more I was a long-time patient of Dr. Rayek at his Reston Town Center practice, and I had a great deal of relatively expensive work done there, with which I am reasonably satisfied. After spending thousands of dollars there during his final year with the practice, all of which I paid in full in 2025, last month I began receiving threatening calls, text messages, and mailings from a guy calling himself as a debt collector named "Tony" from Rapid Recovery Collections 703.975.5137 trying to collect $200.00. These contacts have become increasingly aggressive , with Tony insisting he is collecting debt for fees owed to Dr. Rayek. During one call this individual read off a list of procedures Dr. Reyek performed on me as proof of his legitimacy (clearly he has my medical records), and when I refused to give this random stranger my credit card information for payment, he sent more texts and mailings raising the amount to over $500.00 with threats of higher amounts to follow until I provide a credit card number. I contacted Dr. Rayek's former practice as well as his current location; both offices were aware of the situation from previous complaints, but were unable or unwilling to help. As of right now, I have never received a bill with an explanation on the $200.00 allegedly owed from over a year ago from either of Dr. Rayek's offices, nor would Tony the debt collector provide anything in writing. Dr. Rayek's actions have created a highly stressful situation, by sharing my medical and personal information with an aggressive individual who is attempting to use this information with threats and intimidation to extract money that I firmly believe is not owed.
