There was no pressure or hard sales pitch, just a nice guy, who REALLY knows doors, wanting to help us out. After a few days of looking at other options, we returned to Taylor Doors where Jimmy helped us place the perfect order. He came out the next day to measure, and yesterday our beautiful door was installed. The installation was seamless; two men arrived on time, introduced themselves and got the job done leaving no mess behind. They informed us that if a door they remove is in decent shape, Taylor Doors will refurbish and donate to Habitat for Humanity or other places in need. The fact that they give back in this manner is some special. Jimmy also called following morning to ensure our satisfaction with our new door. For the millwork I purchased interior doors, mouldings, wainscot, fiberglass columns, and exterior, Azek and fir for facia, soffit material etc.. Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. Once we got started, Mike was always quick to respond and when I needed a few add on pieces the truck was there for delivery to keep my schedule on track. I wish all of my suppliers were as good! I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day.
