That level of care really showed how thorough and reliable he is. His crew was equally impressive--professional, clean, and clearly experienced. They set up everything flawlessly and even took the extra step of cleaning up my neighbor's area when the work was done. What really stood out was how much Gino goes out of his way for his customers. He even drove all the way from Brooklyn to New Jersey just to pick up the colored shingles my mom wanted because they weren't available locally. First time, I hired them to do some reflashing along all sides of my Hoboken flat roof after I had some issues with leaking. Despite my roof already being under warranty from a previous owner through the original roofer, I had a hard time getting a hold of them and I didn't really trust them anyways. I'd rather pay someone to do the job right. Roof4Roof didn't come across as being super pushy and honestly suggested the work that needed to be done. Second time, I brought them out to replace some really old skylights that were super drafty and probably were going to start leaking any day. It's surprisingly hard to find roofers who want to replace skylights without doing a complete re-roof. I'm not really sure why. It shouldn't be impossible to just replace the skylight without impacting the integrity of the roof. Probably just a matter of other roofers just trying to get more money out of you. Roof4Roof made some good recommendations on what type of skylight to get -- again, not pushing the most expensive option but the one that made sense for my situation. Both times, I was happy with all of my interactions with Roof4Roof. I never had a problem reaching them either by phone or email when I needed to. That last part is key -- it's amazing how so many service providers only want to talk over the phone but I've done a lot of my business with Roof4Roof over email. Their prices may be a little higher than other roofers but you get what you pay for. Piece of mind and confidence in the people you work with is important to me. If there's any issues with the work that Roof4Roof did, I have confidence that I can call them and ask them to come out to resolve it.
