First time, I hired them to do some reflashing along all sides of my Hoboken flat roof after I had some issues with leaking. Despite my roof already being under warranty from a previous owner through the original roofer, I had a hard time getting a hold of them and I didn't really trust them anyways. I'd rather pay someone to do the job right. Roof4Roof didn't come across as being super pushy and honestly suggested the work that needed to be done. Second time, I brought them out to replace some really old skylights that were super drafty and probably were going to start leaking any day. It's surprisingly hard to find roofers who want to replace skylights without doing a complete re-roof. I'm not really sure why. It shouldn't be impossible to just replace the skylight without impacting the integrity of the roof. Probably just a matter of other roofers just trying to get more money out of you. Roof4Roof made some good recommendations on what type of skylight to get -- again, not pushing the most expensive option but the one that made sense for my situation. Both times, I was happy with all of my interactions with Roof4Roof. I never had a problem reaching them either by phone or email when I needed to. That last part is key -- it's amazing how so many service providers only want to talk over the phone but I've done a lot of my business with Roof4Roof over email. Their prices may be a little higher than other roofers but you get what you pay for. Piece of mind and confidence in the people you work with is important to me. If there's any issues with the work that Roof4Roof did, I have confidence that I can call them and ask them to come out to resolve it. I highly recommend contacting Roof4Roof for any of your roofing needs.

He…read morewas noticed that while there's is still time for the roof life(15 y.o.) the insurance company is putting pressure to replace it.... Since agreed to the terms of the contract, workers came in very fast. they ripped the old shingle also fast, but didn't put huge tarp to handle the debris: they had small parts of tarps laying on the ground and throwing old shingles on them, I would say 80% hit the target. Of course bad wood was found, and a new charge came with it. Sales person was playing the game of forgetting what his manager just told him to charge, and that's the way I've got a huu-u-uge discount of $200 off the additional charge. During the replacement workers damaged the plants around the house,even though were SPECIFICALLY asked not to,siding and gutters that they were STEPPING on!!!!!!. After they left,the sales person was invited to see the"battle field": all grass and bushes around the house were full of sharp wooden chips,huge amounts of the old and new nails. Some of the shingles were nailed to the roof and not sealed. The junk from the driveway was removed by.... leafblowers. Bottom line: service -BAD, after showing sales person all the damage - not even a plant ( rose) was suggested to replace, even after they returned and I was helping them with my magnet I have found many leftover nails, the impose HEALTH THREAT to my kids, and others.

My parents' house needed some roof repairs done quickly after a storm and a friend in the same town…read morerecommended this company. I get an estimate over the phone and we schedule a time for them to scope things out, with it explicitly stated that they would start repairs that day (as long as there wasn't any work that needed additional materials). A man comes...and doesn't have any of the necessary materials. I'm a bit annoyed and then the man says he actually can't do the inspection at that time and we have to reschedule. Apparently, he got lost on his way over and he is very packed that day so he can't even start the inspection, let alone the repairs we discussed. When the man drove into our driveway, he almost hit the bushes so I asked him to be more careful when backing out. He told me to 'relax' and then proceeded to almost hit the bushes AGAIN and we had to guide him out. It's a wide, 2-car driveway so not sure why he had this issue. I called the office and the staff was very apologetic. I appreciate that they were trying to get a higher-up who could offer a discount, but based on this experience, I decided to go elsewhere for service. The price was fair and the staff was friendly so I'm disappointed it went this way.

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great!
