Talked with Chris about my windows installation from 3 years ago, apparently the contract I took over from the previous owner "would not fix the leaking issue". After taking over the contract, I was never once informed that windows would not fix the leak from my window frame. Instead, I was told it was coming from above our unit. When I finally call them with proof(Opened up the drywall and jams myself), Chris flipped into salesman mode to sell me replacement windows to "fix it the right way this time". I am very disappointed that I paid them for services they knew would not fix my issue, and never even informed me. read more

I can't speak to the quality of their work as I could not seem to get anyone to come out to my house when they said they would come. My first appointment was not kept as it was apparently not added to their calendar despite confirming the date and time. After waiting for an hour I contacted the company and was told that they neglected to put my appointment into their system. 1 hour wasted. My second appointment was cancelled by the company as they were too busy to come to my house on the day and time they said they would be there, so I agreed to reschedule - again. I chose a morning appointment time for my 3rd appointment with the hopes that they would not get too busy prior to my appointment. They contacted me a few minutes after their scheduled arrival time and said they were running a few minutes behind. 45 minutes later nobody was there and no additional contact was made so I contacted them and told them I would be hiring someone else. Very disrespectful customer service and very difficult to make plans around their lack of conformity to scheduled appointments. read more

About 2 years ago the screen on our storm door broke. No matter how much we searched, we could not find a replacement for our specific door anywhere. We tried one of those magnetic strip screens, which turned out to be awful, was wide open at the bottom & bugs still got in. Finally we called New View to inquire about their Phantom Retractable Screen Doors. The price was reasonable & retractable screen a perfect custom fit. Tim came out for a free estimate to look at my sliding doors. There was an active leak and the management company had identified the doors as needing to replaced to fix the leak. After examining Tim said he didn't believe the doors were responsible, he noticed an opening and suggested I caulk it with a specific $8 caulk to stop the leak. Not sure yet if that is the fix, but appreciate his honesty in suggesting an $8 fix versus going right to a much more expensive door replacement. read more

Awesome Experience working with New View Windows & Doors! Wanted to share highlights from the very positive experience we had working with New View to replace the front and storm door to our home during COVID. A few highlights: Professionalism/Service: The organization has a high professional standard. Our primary contact (Chris) was super responsive and insightful in helping guide us through the process and ensure we were compliant with our HOA requirements. Chris went above and beyond on several occasions and contacted the HOA to confirm several details to ensure there were no issues when we completed our project (our HOA has strict requirements). Every interaction we had with the organization (beyond Chris) was of the same high professional standard: they get back to you in a timely manner, they confirm scheduled appointments, they show up when they say they are going to show up, etc., Consultative: As mentioned above our primary contact Chris helped guide us through the process helping us to understand pros/cons of various options and he did so in a way that made it clear that he wanted to help and ensure the best outcome for our project. He was never pushy and doesn't give off "salesmen" vibes but is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Transparency: Due to the COVID pandemic the lead-time on our doors were going to be delayed and New View was very upfront about this, in fact if anything they were overly conservative in their estimate which I appreciated. They ended up completing the project before the estimated date which is always better than the opposite (overcommitting/underdelivering) Pricing: We contacted several firms about our project and New View absolutely provided the best value from a cost, service, and quality perspective - hands down! Day of installation: On the day of our installation the two New View employees who came by were great (Ryan and MacKenzie). They were professional, organized, and went above and beyond in taking additional measures to help protect the door due to some exterior structure issues that our HOA needs to address. My windows have been installed! I'm happy with their work. The three workers arrived on time. They cleaned up when they were done. They showed me how to open the windows to clean them. They were professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. I called the office at about 8 am to confirm my appointment but no one was there. I did not leave a message. At 9 am, I received a call from their office manager stating that she saw I called this morning and was just making sure everything was okay. That is great customer service! The team at New View did a great job in getting my door designed, ordered and installed. We went through couple different designs over email, Mark came out for the initial visit and measure the current door. After couple week the Pro Via doors were in, and only took the installers ~3 hours to install. Very clean, smooth and seamless process. I did have a follow up with the door hardware, which Mark was able to have the district rep for Pro via come out an asses. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they also had the best price around. I was referred to New View by their previous customer. I was impressed by their honesty and their window quality is great. They work with YOUR needs. You're given options, but they don't hard sell or sell up. I was given estimates by other companies, including a major hardware chain that starts with and "L", of almost double the cost for less superior windows. I had 15 windows (4 were part of a bay window) installed in 1 day. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars is because 2 windows needed to be replaced. They were considerably smaller than the window frame opening and this should have been noticed and addressed before initial installation. However, the corrected size was re-manufactured and replaced with no argument, excuses or issues. Their team is very friendly and they work with you. I would definitely recommend and use again. read more

A landscaper accidentally ran over a rock that took out my patio door window. My community management and the landscaper were no help to the situation and even though my warranty with New View didn't cover the damage (they installed windows several years before I purchased my home) Mark and his team were very prompt in helping me replace it. Although delivery from their factory took several weeks, once it was in they scheduled and installed it very quickly. All and all it was a bad situation for me but the guys at New View were the only ones who made it better. Would recommend them for any window job! read more

The windows are good (as they should be since paid a lot for them) but the installation was poorly done. The installer chipped and cracked the bottom window frame by standing on it with his dirty shoes. The molding around the frame was ripped in numerous places and even caulking was not able to cover them. Definitely would have to hire a painter to repaint and re do the frame. read more

Fantastic team at New View - had 2 over sized windows replaced about 3 years ago, had such a great experience I ended up getting 5 more windows done with window treatments at my condo in Jersey City. Tim was incredibly flexible and helpful with window selection, and treatment design ideas. The installation team of all Robs were great as well - no complaints - all friendly and very professional. The windows and treatments are of great quality - double paned solid construction to help keep the heat and cold at bay and the noise out. Highly recommend. read more

i really don't know where to begin...i ordered a screen door from this company that took over 21/2 months to install..once it was installed the bottom sweep was never put on and the mesh screen was open and not attached so flies and bugs weren't kept out.i called the office rite away and was told the door came from manufacture this way and new parts would be ordered. i waited and waited still no parts or no call from the office .very unprofessional and she just keeps giving me the run around. its been over 4 months now and still no new screen (which is totally just hanging out the frame) and no bottom sweep...all i get everytime i call the lady in the office is the parts are being ordered and once they come in she will send someone over.its so frustrating to see my brand new screen door look like i had it for years..i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone..very unprofessional and the customers service is horrible...im still waiting for a manager to call me.. read more
