She stated that all doors do this and that I should just scrap it off with a razor. I have never seen this stuff on a door before and dont believe for one minute that it's normal. To make a long story short, they refused to do anything about it. I can't recommend anyone purchase anything from this company. It seems that once they get your money they want nothing to do with you.

I will be revisiting YELP in the near future with additional comments and pictures on their products. I had minor issues with a few screens. With any window company check all your windows and screens and take pics of all flaws that needs attention when the job is done. I am currently waiting on some screens that were damaged out of the box and I am awaiting on the replacements.

We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision.
