I received a notice that my loan payments would start even though the project had not begun. When…read morethe workers showed on the first day, I received this notice:Rees: PAID IN FULL - 6.60kWp Solar Energy System Installation The email said my loan was paid in full and since I hadn't made any payments, I contacted the company to set the record straight. After several phone calls, every rep ignored my insistence that I owed money and needed to make payment. I went around them and started paying blindly through my bank sine my account balance was zero according to CC Bank. Then a few months ago I received a bill for twice the projected payment amount because I hadn't paid the loan off in time. These people are liars and thieves. I will continue to report them and I am in the process of taking them to court over this.

When I paid this loan off there was a $6 lien change fee however, because I paid off the loan the next business day she did not mail out my title to the DMV. She still charged me $6 for a lien change that was never processed. She initially said it was a documentation fee which was again another lie.I just wonder who is keeping that money? They called me today to re-open my account. When I tried to ask her about that $6 fee she got super heated and hung up the phone. Their rates are WAY HIGHER than any competitor I went too! Shop around before doing business here. I DO NOT trust these people with my financial needs!

She really made a great impression on us and we feel good about our loan. No one ever wants to get a title loan, we just moved here and money has been tight. So many hoops to jump through. Then my 2 perfectly good debit cards were denied to send money direct deposit. It has to be there system malfunctioning because I never had that issue before even when I got a loan from them before. Provo location Felicity and Alberto. New people working there and did not want to accommodate any requests that made it easier for me. Very annoying process. I would only choose here if you have exhausted all other options!

The managers were able to do anything they wanted as long as the sucked up to the higher ups. My husband was fired due to not being able to come into work cause our babysitter got sick and cancelled last minute. Worst place to work!!!
