I Used to Love Simple Simon's today I called for a carry-out order and when I got there the pizza was gone the delivery driver had it I said so is my pizza going to be cold the woman at the counter started telling me being very hateful and rude that it would be back and then I asked for a manager and she said she was the owner then the delivery driver came back and she was very rude I will never ever go to Simple Simon's again if that's the owner she needs some etiquette I took my credit card back and just left the store and told her ill never ever darken their doors again read more

Every time we place an order for delivery they fail to bring everything we asked for. They deliver salads without any salad dressing. We order a chef salad and it just has lettuce and meat. We order a baked sandwich and it's the wrong one. This place is getting really bad. No more Simple Simon's for this company. read more

We've been a fan of Simple Simons for years! Great tasting pizza, super friendly staff, and pretty good price! Occasionally the wait time for our food is a little slow but that's usually on busy weekend nights which is understandable. The garlic sticks are amazing too! My only issue that I've had with them is that they need more than one high chair for kids. My last visit was a little interesting with a wiggly toddler since the only high chair that they had was being used at another table. Also, the bathrooms need a bit of an overhaul. Up from Oklahoma because my mom was having surgery at Mosaic Hospital. Asked the nurse for the best local, non-chain pizza joint. She recommended Simple Simon and she was right. Ordered a large supreme on thin crust and a large Hawaiian on thick and chewy crust for carryout. Both pizzas were delicious. I typically prefer thin crust but their thick crust was actually better, it's thinner than your typical thick crust and much better. Highly recommend this place, especially if your looking for something close to Mosaic Hospital. Give Simple Simon a try. You won't be disappointed read more

I have always had great and better service from Simple Simon's pizza. Typically their pies are packed full of toppings and made much better than most any other pizza place in town. But I ordered a pepperoni pounder pizza that had, maybe 10 slices of pepperoni on it. A pound of pepperoni my ass.!. That's awful advertising..! The menu even says 80 slices of pepperoni. Why even advertise this if you aren't going to make it that way? Ok, so one strike out of 5! I'll chalk this up for memory. "But Don't Order" the specialty pepperoni pizza and expect any more than Domino's or Casey's.. just saying! 1&1/2 stars on this shitty order. Simple Simons is a south side secret. Its become my favorite pizza place in town. I usually order the pepperoni pounder for the kids and get wings and a chefs salad for myself. Excellent pizza and sides at a great price. I definitely recommend Simple Simons to anyone! read more

Well a very interesting experience and not in a good way. Food was a little slow, not a big deal. Flavor was ok, ok at best. The DRAMA in the kitchen could have been done without.
