Read my previous review it says it all,, but basically bottom line Carlos says that he finished a bathroom complete at my family home and he's lying and I have photos and videos to prove it. that's probably why he's going to court, somebody's taking him for a reason you could look it up on unicourt website. Sad! He even offered my dad morphine, totally unprofessional to try to offer a prescription to a senior who you don't even know how that would react with his body and his own medication. He said he got that prescription because he had to have double hip surgery. I don't need to know your personal drama sadly you couldn't finish the work. This is the second time we've used Carlos and his team and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get tile work done. First off, he is a great guy and his workers are always really professional and friendly. They also do really great work. This time they did our shower and even though we hit some bumps along the road everything turned out great. Carlos and his team saved us after a tiling team came in and ruined an installation on our front entryway, along with $250 worth of tile. He was always easy to communicate with the guys were prompt, very nice, and explained to us every stage of the process. The end result is stunning -- check out the hexagonal marble tile job in the pics -- and they even fixed our doors which for some reason wouldn't fit back into place afterwards. We also had an issue where the sealant reacted with some of the marbling and produced a green color on the tiles for a week after the install. Carlos came over again and assured us that he'd seen marble react this way before and that this color would go away with time. We waited it out and he was right -- green color is GONE! So, regrettably my husband and I decided to go with a handyman/contractor who was referred by a friend, and boy was that a huge mistake. Half way through the job we had to ask this hack contractor to leave so that we could get real professionals in to redo the job. I stayed in touch with Carlos over 1 1/2 months, and though he was booked he graciously made room in his schedule to redo our bathroom renovation and finished within less than a week!  Carlos and his team really know tile work and bathroom/kitchen renovations, and we're so grateful for their quality craftsmanship. Based on a rec from my Realtor daughter-in-law, I called Carlos to install backsplash tile I purchased before covid. I loved it as it went up, but suddenly I couldn't stand the countertop, which had been installed in 2017. I texted Carlos that I wanted to change it. He switched the job from tiling to demo, and the old countertop was broken up and carted away. While that was happening, I dashed to Silver Stone & Tile, owned by Carlos' wife, who helped me pick out something that goes perfectly with tile and cabinets. Carlos made a measuring visit to confirm that one oversize slab would be big enough and built a template for cutting. An quality team installed the counter and finished the tile grouting.
