He and Henry installed a massive TV on a moving mount over a fire place which turned out to be very challenging because of the clearance. It was a very challenging task. He had a miniscule margin of error and hit the bullseye on the first shot. Our other systems were properly installed, questions answered, and friendly training. We also had purchased some equipment which turned out not to be in my best interest. They were happy to start over and find the right solution to make sure I was satisfied instead of trying to force the product onto me. I recommend Tony and the team at Kinkade. They took time to allow me to ask questions, and the work they did was very impressive.. I give them 5 STARS more if I could. However, I became very upset, frustrated, anxious looking through email one day when it was 6 months later and saw we had a past due balance.. How can this be? I called, and again they said they showed our account past balance.. I told them I either paid by cash, or check and I came in that day, do they have security cameras I bet I could figure out around the day I came in.. Yes they have camera's I was told but do not go back that far. So suddenly I have to prove I paid.. Normally I'm not organized enough to keep things from 6 months ago such as a receipt. But if I did pay cash I know I would have got a receipt.. and luckily I found a photo where I took a pic from that day I paid with cash! I remembered I was short 6 dollars and something.. I was going to go out to the car and grab change, and the lady said, it's okay don't worry about it! I sent an email showing the receipt and the owner said they accidently put that amount in another account with the same last name.. Our family can't afford that amount of money to go missing.. this was a very special treat getting speakers in the house.. but I became very stressed, upset knowing I paid, and had to find proof.. I understand mistakes happen , but I also felt this was off so many months later.. thank goodness I didn't loose the photo, copy of the receipt in that time! I give the office staff, accounting billing a 1 star.. how awful this was for me.. 5 star for the service men who installed 1 star for office/billing etc 2 star is the best I can do because the stress /anxiety and time taken out of my day to show/find proof we paid a long time ago!

He showed up within the hour and fixed my door in an hour as well. I knew my torsion spring was broken but decided to take care of both while he was here. I explained that the door opener seemed to struggle some for the several months, but I was not sure the correct springs were installed by the builder. He looked at the springs and agreed that he had a larger spring that would make it easier for opener and last several thousand more openings. Mark was very quick, clean, and thorough through the whole process. He lubricated every single part on both my doors not just the one that was broken. He adjusted the chain on one opener. Then he literally adjusted every single hinge until the door was rolling smooth as ever and very little noise!! Would highly recommend him! Even heard him give out a competitors name and number to contact for someone who called out of his service area. Could have easily said he doesn't work in that area and been done.
