Then he came up with some options to address our issues of extremely high winter power bills and why we might be able to change this with some insulation in the crawl space UNDER the house where a great portion of our heat ducting is. What he said makes complete sense since our summertime AC usage does not cause our power bill to go through the stratosphere. Honest and on time!
