Overall, I had a pretty great experience working with Riley and his crew. Riley was super informative about what options we had for getting our old, neglected chimney back into a serviceable state and the work seems to be high quality. I held back on a full 5 stars b/c communication with the office was a bit spotty from start to finish. I had to do a bit more poking and nudging than anticipated...I get the impression they might need an additional hire to manage all the contracts they're winning. Also, during the demo stage a significant mount of debris and soot fell down the chimney, blanketing our living room and even the adjoining rooms with a layer of soot.
