My rep Kayson was a superstar! He replied to my phone calls and emails in blinding speed. If he did not know the answer to a question he got the answer in a matter of minutes. The one time that he had to leave early for a doctors appointment and I had a question his supervisor replied in his absence. And Kayson even followed up the next day to make sure my needs were met.
