This place was difficult to work with, not only did they give me the wrong closing costs 4 different times, I had to drive to get them to do the work. After the loan was completed they sent me a customer survey to fill out. They asked about a particular person who I never worked with. Funny I never heard back from them to follow up on the negative questionnaire. One thing they should invest in would be electronic signatures instead of having to drive down to their office and sign a large stack of papers. Every Flavor Of Nightmare. Was very unfortunately recommended to work with this firm & Lexi Gleave by a sly real estate agent who was posing as a friend. Once that real estate agent was out of the picture Lexi recommended we use someone she highly recommended, Amir Kalay. Well, this man had one initial call then zero follow-up despite multiple attempts on our part. So, yeah- not off to a good start. But wait! It gets better- when things went beyond sour with Lexi turns out Amir was the one we had to deal with- who was her supervisor! Ugh. What a shady business. First time home buying experience. What a joke! Lexi went very quickly through the numbers and it took multiple calls/outreaches on my part to truly understand what was what. She showed up for those calls only after expressing my confusion. But then, after we began the loan process and were in need of further clarification she was unreachable for 7 days- in the middle of a deal! Her colleagues couldn't answer the questions and deferred to her, with crickets. She had some sort of family issue, which I could have understood, but BE IN COMMUNICATION with us to let us know and/or even better your colleague who can at least relay the answers!! I mean this is client service 101. I could care less of all the "rave" reviews this firm has, which Amir kept pointing out. Our experience was A NIGHTMARE! In finally having a conversation with her, it was all a guilt trip on her part. We're first time home buyers and this was our experience! This woman was beyond prideful and rude after we called her out for being unprofessional. She turned all emotional and was literally saying things that had nothing to do with our loan! After being at the stage of waiting for the loan to go through with some final details still pending Lexi basically HUNG UP and said we should find a new lender. What a basket case! In taking it up the ranks we had no choice at this point but to work with good old Amir- who didn't even give us the time of day previously. Seriously?! In order to just get this deal DONE we just dealt with him. He admitted she didn't carry this well, and basically skirted around not even responding to us initially. These folks have NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Even after all that, there were still additional things done wrong with the loan which resulted in WAY TOO much back and forth. It seemed almost as if these people didn't keep accurate notes in their internal system to know where things stood at any given point & what I had already provided them. This experience was EVERY FLAVOR OF NIGHTMARE. No excuses for what we had to endure. Thankfully, the realtor we did find, Michelle Koch, basically stepped in a took over what should have been Integrity Lending's JOB. She went to battle with Amir to get the deal pushed along. MAN! We should have gone with the company Michelle recommended for the loan. I get that rates are super low and many deals are being done, but c'mon! That is NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM MULTIPLE PEOPLE! Regrettably, this company brokered our loan and I regret every moment of having to deal with that woman or anyone from this company. Zero stars. * Didn't lock in my rate after 2 months of communication. * Rate ended up way higher than quoted several times. * Richelle Gailey, Senior Processor, will not take phone calls. And will not call you back. Customer service no longer exists. * Example: I sent them my latest paystubs, and they took s long to process my loan that I had to send them more paystubs. Not a huge deal, but an example of the not following through, taking a long time to process, and lake of Customer Service. My daughter also had a very similar experience and will also never use this company again. read more

I found Integrity First through lending tree, and worked with Greg West. Greg was extremely responsive, friendly and very helpful. Ultimately, I cancelled my contract and decided not to pursue a loan, but Greg's rates (with reputable lenders behind them) were extremely competitive and I was confident IFL could have got the job done extremely fast. read more

She was great at helping me to identify the best loan for my needs. The team at Integrity First Lending were in communication with me throughout the process. I tried contacting them, however they refused to help me unless I gave them my number so they can call me back. I have made the mistake in the past of giving out my number to a similar company and ended up having to go through the hassles of changing it. These people kept on calling me long after I said I did not want to work with them. I explain this to the woman on the line from Integrity and stated that for this reason I would prefer if she could give me a number I can call to get hold of someone. She simply refused and said, sorry she can not help me and hanged up the phone. I guess they do not need any further clients. read more

So disappointed in the service with these guys!! It took a matter of seconds to get them to contact me after I applied in the 'Obama refinance chaos'!! Then after 3 months of back and forth, broker going on vacation, new guy takes over, resubmitting random forms for nothing, my original guy calls me back!! I have refinanced twice through Integrity over the last 7 months and Pete and his crew has helped me with both and they all did a great job. On the last refi I just completed they had all of my information from the previous time and I closed within 3 weeks from start to finish. One great thing is I did not contact them Pete contacted me with some new rates and programs that were available to me. I did everything on line and over the phone with them and all forms except 2 were electronic signature, this was so hassle free and I will do again when they check in with me 6 months from now, (if the rates are better). First off, 1 star is being EXTREMELY GENEROUS. I sincerely urge you to run as fast as possible away from this lending company. If this company was recommended or suggested by someone you know, that person is NOT YOUR FRIEND. This has been the absolute WORST experience with a lending company I have ever heard of. Negligent is too mild an adjective to use when describing this company. Greg West and Frenchell Hampton were entirely absent at best and downright AWOL for most of the process. The best example I can give you was that it took over 4 MONTHS to receive a call back after leaving several voicemails and emails, while in the middle of the process of trying to get our loan figured out while trying to close on our house. Once we finally, miraculously were able to have the stars align long enough for Greg to accidentally get his shit figured out and close on this property was when the real fun began. He was so sloppy, the incorrect insurance was included in the binder, resulting in defaulted payment and a hassle that I had to deal with myself to correct the home owners insurance. I figured this out not by Greg actually following up or doing his job, but the insurance company reaching out with concern about the missed payment(s). I almost want to keep him a secret but anytime anyone asks or is talking about a mortgage or refi, I feel guilty if I don't let them know about Amir.
