They hold a variety of yoga classes and breathworks events. It is a very clean and pleasant studio.

Enjoyed the bi-Monthly gong bath tonight. $20 for the eventS Got there early and enjoyed a nice cup of Yogi tea. The entire event was an hour and a half. Glad we got there early because it filled up quick and I would've hated being squished in a corner somewhere. My only criticism would be to have people preregister and keep it at an amount that is comfortable for the space. Studio provided pillows-blankets- but I chose to bring my own. Overall a good experience and I most likely would try again. read more

Amazing. When I leave this place, I feel centered. Instructors are knowledgable, friendly and accommodating; they begin class by asking what areas you want to work on and are always happy to answer questions. If you're new to yoga, they will offer modifications throughout the class and, likewise, if you're looking for a challenge, they will offer ways to increase the intensity of the pose. When I retired after 33 years of teaching, I was looking for a form of physical activity that was accessible to me but at the same time challenging. I found that at Simplify Yoga. That was 4 1/2 years ago and I now attend classes at Simplify between 4 and 6 times a week. A feeling of welcome and community is evident as soon as you open the door. The teacher of the class cheerfully greets you at the front desk and helps you prepare for the class. The classes at Simplify are appropriate for all ages and body types as modifications are offered to both raise and lower the level of the yoga poses. In addition to gentle, basic, restorative and intermediate yoga classes, the studio also offers classes in Zumba, Pilates, Gyrokinesis, and meditation. The teachers are all well trained and knowledgable about their craft and always take the time to ask if there are postures or areas of the body you want to work on during the class. Upon completion of each class I feel as if I have lengthened, strengthened and then relaxed all the muscles in my body and I leave feeling renewed. I highly recommend coming here for yoga. Renee is a wonderful instructor and she teaches a challenging yoga class Monday and Thursday evenings. I live half an hour away, but because she is such a good instructor I am willing to make the shlelp over. read more

I went here for one class and one class only. The studio is not one of the most relaxing places I've been to for yoga and the instructors were much the same. It felt very clinical. But all that aside, the place is clean, the instructors are knowledgeable, and I couldn't beat the location. read more

I've been attending classes at Simplify for years, I started going as part of an offering from my employer & continued to attend long after the program ended. The culture at Simplify is the epitome of what a yoga studio should be a relaxing, welcoming, instructional & fun community. Each teacher has their own unique style but all are knowledgeable, compassionate & play to the individual strengths of each student. When I leave my favorite class I literally feel restored & centered inside & out, if I was any more relaxed you could roll me up in my mat. While most studios rent the use of their mats, at Simplify they are complimentary along with pillows, blocks, straps, water & tea. When you buy the 6 class package it never expires which is excellent for this over-scheduled mom. Always open to suggestions, the studio's schedule often offers new class options with everything from gentle yoga, Pilates, gyrokinesis, zumba, meditation & even monthly gong baths (you are awash in the vibrations of the gong, not shared bath water, I promise). Over the years the staff at Simplify have participated in fundraisers like the MS Walk & adopting a family at the holidays, welcoming the participation of their students & in turn strengthening the community spirit of the studio. In fact several students have fallen so in love with the practice of yoga they've gone on to acquire their certification & now teach at the studio. Perhaps the strongest endorsement I can give is that I live in South County. Historically residents of So Co are hesitant to travel very far, thinking of a drive north of East Greenwich as a day trip, & yet I drive all the way to Coventry, as often as possible, to get my Namaste on at Simplify Yoga, passing dozens of other studios along the way. read more

This place reminds me if that TV show Cheers "where everybody knows your name." Everyone who attends a class is made to feel welcome and supported. I had never taken yoga before and now I can't wait for my next class. There are older clients and younger clients. Men and women attend. I have been taking classes for a little over 2 years now at Simplify Yoga. I have never had a bad class, regardless of which instructor is teaching. Doing yoga regularly is making a huge difference in how I feel and handle stress in my life. There is NO reason not to come to Simplify Yoga!
