They always push me to be stronger, set intentions, and leave it ALL ON THE MAT. I love the variety of classes and the schedule so I can always pick a class that's convenient for me. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven't tried the non-heated classes, but I've heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Overall, I am so grateful I found this studio because coming to class is the highlight of my day every day!!

The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. Highly recommended for anyone interested in yoga whether you are a beginner or not !

Ive done vigorous vinyasa yoga and enjoy the refreshing pace as a change. Also offers Zumba, and a more vigorous flow class, which I haven't tried yet. Biggest complaint is the minimal soundproofing in the foyer - either incoming students are especially noisy, or the walls are thin (probably the latter)! Occasionally during the final relaxation you're disturbed by happy chatter of folks waiting for their class.

This is my preferred location because the space is comfortable, with warm decor and soft lighting. The teachers are experienced and empathic and always encourage students to practice at their own pace with their own limitations. Students can take classes by the day or obtain a monthly membership. The owner is very warm, attentive to all of the details of the schedule and the studio, and cares deeply for students and for the practice as a whole. Parking is easy and located right outside the entrance. Class times range from early morning all the way through evening. I highly recommend the studio for someone looking to expand their practice or take their first yoga class.

Her knack for providing carefully crafted instructions to individual students is awe-inspiring. There is no painfully regurgitated "dialogue," and no ridiculous and extreme conditions that cater to the egotist. Don't get me wrong--the room is hot and humid, but you sweat because she makes you work hard, not because you feel faint due to a heat index of 150. Mary Ann knows all the modifications for those who have any ailments, and how to push those who master the basics. You can take a break if you are having an off day without absurd repercussions or belittling. Unfortunately, I can only make it once or twice a week now since I moved away--but the high quality instruction and proper conditions make it worth the trip. Definitely try the place, especially now with the brand new accommodations--always clean and never smelly. Easy parking eliminates yet another headache. Go in prepared to listen and learn, and you will be amazed at how much you didn't know!
