Kim Black runs the property management and her sidekick, C.J. Zarback, a realtor from Chico, CA, does her dirty work, that is, handing out "notices of termination" which he carefully explains are not "evictions." Nevertheless, I have to leave here by 9/10/2024. C.J. tried to sneak the "notice of termination" on my door quietly on 7/11/24, but I caught him at it. When I told him I had nowhere to go and no money to get there he pursed his rosebud lips and made his beady little eyes (fake) sad and trilled, "I'm s-oo-rr-rrr-eee-ee!" Yeah, I'm sure he is, but I'm turning 80 in November and I'll probably be spending my birthday on the street. I'm gloating about a couple things, tho'. There are things wrong with this place that are so expensive and difficult to repair that they're going to have fun fixing them.
