I have recently moved in to Windward Village, I really love my two bedroom and find Sherry and Lynn in the office nice to deal with they are very helpful and always welcome me with a smile when I come into the office. I love all my closet space and was very happy to know the apartments came with a built in microwave ( its the little things that count). lol I was really happy to receive a phone call from the manager Lynn just to ask how I was settling into my apartment. If you are looking for a nice place to live for a reasonable price and friendly staff I would say Windward Village is the place to be. read more

F&B is strictly an investment company. They want to make sure that their clients and they are continually making a healthy profit from each and every property. It is quite obvious that they do not care in the least about the people who live in their apartment communities. They manage only to secure a profit at the cost of the people who live there. There was an old couple that could not afford to continue living in one of their complexes with the rent increase they received. That old couple (upper seventies) had lived there more than 10 years, but F&B did not care!!! This couple moved out so they would not have to give all of their savings to the uncaring Ferguson and Brewer! Do not expect to be treated fairly if you rent from them! You can expect to have a rent increase every year, even though they have done nothing to warrant an increase. I have nothing good to say about this company. read more

This company does not care about its renters. All they care about is money. They act very nice when they want you to sign a lease. But once the lease is signed their true colors come out. Ferguson & Brewer absolutely will rent to scripted users. They will not however allow smoking inside their units, and if your smoking bothers neighbors outside, that won't be tolerated either. I'm sure your reason for not getting an offer to rent stem far beyond your use of medical weed...Possibly you have horrible rental history, criminal record, bad credit, income didn't meet the requirements? And since the VA is federally backed, and federal laws still rank above state laws, federally funded programs do prohibit the use of medical marijuana as they deem it an illegal substance..... read more

I recently moved from the Bay Area to Chico, and found a wonderful home at Yosemite Terrace Apartments. I can say I have never felt more welcome and taken care of, than I have by this staff. I recently learned the resident manager Sandy had been awarded "Manager of the Year" by her peers. I couldn't be happier, or know a more well deserving person. She has made my moving in, not just a geographical change, but a real feeling of being home. She, Skip and Deb, all do a wonderful job of taking care of all of us, without even a hint that they are doing anything out of the ordinary. They are all a great team, and one to be celebrated, in this time of lack of customer service. Thank you for recognizing great people when you have them! read more
