One family joined me on the benches. They said stopping for Jackson Dairy was a mandatory stop on the way to and from grandparents' house in Laurel Caverns. We even tried removing some of the bread to see if that improved the roll. Despite our efforts, it unfortunately did not. The accompanying sauce also lacked flavor. Perhaps we had a difference experience than others, because the logs were far from the best pepperoni roll we ever had, even just within town!

I saw donuts, turnovers, puffs, brownies, scones, pepperoni rolls, bread loaves, cake pops, gobs, biscotti, several flavors of cookies, cupcakes, and more. The prices were by the half dozen, but we were allowed to choose only one of each item. We bought one ladylock (4 stars), one snickerdoodle cookie (4 stars), one chocolate-chip cookie (4 stars), one apricot cookie (4 stars), one buckeye (5 stars), and one cherry cream horn (4 stars). The same Iron Star that owns Coffee Tree shops. If this coffee is any indication, I think I need to visit Coffee Tree again. It's been a while. Anyway, I had a really good cup of coffee and a peanut butter and jelly cookie. No complaints on the cookie, but I wish they had some breakfast sweets like scones or cinnamon rolls. Next time I'll try some real food. Just be aware that things are a little pricey here.
