I specifically asked for Tina because I had read great reviews for her online. When I arrived to my appointment, I was sat down and Kevin started to cut my hair instead of Tina. They said that Kevin was available now and that Tina was still busy with the prior customer. They didn't give me a choice to wait for Tina and I felt extremely pressured to just accept the haircut with Kevin. I was reluctant but hoping for the best. Overall, the haircut that I received with Kevin was ok but not great. In my opinion, not worth the cheaper price if it's unclear who will be cutting your hair.

I was looking for volume with defined curls, and she suggested an airwave perm, which ended up being the perfect choice. I was given a wonderful shampoo and conditioning by a kind employee. Following the wash, Dana gave me a quick trim to add some layers and remove bulk from my one-length cut, and then really got to work. About 2.5 hours later, I walked out of the salon with beautiful, bouncy curls that looked just like the reference photos I brought in. Even better, I was told the perm should last about a year with proper care, which makes it totally worth it. I was also provided some fantastic Japanese hair serum, which was so kind and appreciated! They had bleached the roots a different color and had toned it unevenly.
