The facial was performed in an open area, which made it difficult to relax. I found it uncomfortable to have the front door wide open, I was actually chilly during the service. While I appreciated the efforts to help with my blackheads, it became apparent that the staff here may not be fully certified for facials. My instincts were right; I overheard another customer before my treatment warning me against this place, suggesting they specialize more in eyebrow services. It felt like more of a numbers game here--getting clients in and out quickly rather than providing a quality experience. I cannot recommend this place for facials. it's better to seek out a qualified professional elsewhere. My advice: stick to their eyebrow services if you must visit. There has always been a bit of a language barrier, as they only speak enough English I believe to get by, but we made it work. I cannot remember the name of the older woman who did my manicure, but I have seen her there every time I went, so know that she is a regular. Shortly after I got my manicure, all my nails got infected. The nails and nail bed swelled up and turned white. I went to my doctor and she said that it's an infection due to not properly disinfecting the tools they use. I ended up being on antibiotics and an ointment for the infections for a few months and now I have to wait for the infection to grow out on my fingernails before I can go even anywhere else. I called B&B Nails Spa to let them let them know about the infection, and complain on about my problem, and all of a sudden the person who took the call was too busy to talk to me for even a minute on the phone. I called back a couple more times and it seemed that they were always too busy to talk to me about this situation. The infection is painful and sadly, it seems that B&B Nails Spa could care less. Needless to say, I will no longer go back there and I no longer recommend them to any of my friends. I highly recommend that you do not go there and go somewhere else. NEVER, NEVER again will I go there.

My nails were filed to a coffin shape despite saying my then current squared shape was fine, I can tell the new growth will be a nightmare. I showed an ombré nude to white nail inspo photo and after multiple failed methods I ended up simplifying to French tips. The first accent marble nail came out fine but the second was nothing like it, rushed and sloppy. I have white blotching under the clear coat on the nude section that was grinded down from the failed ombré. I left with polish all over my skin that I had to go purchase remover to clean it up myself and on top of all that it was applied so thick by the skin that I had lifting next day and a week later I still have tenderness where she cut my skin.

My lashes had 'kinks' in them and there was no uniformity - some were completely straight, some had slight curl, some were jagged. I knew the result would be less than desirable as she was doing it because she wasn't applying the solution all the way to the ends of the lash. When she was done I told her and the receptionist I was really unhappy and the receptionist ACKNOWLEDGED that my lashes didn't look good and then rudely said 'a 15% discount is the best I can do.' I will never return to this business. Check out Moda Beauty Bar, Trouvaille, Or Bloom Boutique for a great lift at a reasonable price. I also had to deal with that fact that she clearly didn't brush her teeth before coming to work (my appt was at 8 am) so I held my breath as much as I could. This place is just awful.
