I came here hoping for the best and feeling very confident. I left, after my 3rd visit with…read moreShelly, the owner, I was not happy at all. I had my eyebrows tattooed. I expressed my concern about shape and color each of the 3 times I was there. Shelly told me she's been doing this for over 20 years and had another salon before this one. (This "salon" for permanent make-up is in a very small back room.) Although Shelly was nice, she doesn't listen, at all. She kept telling me she knows what she's doing,etc. etc. and not to worry. I worried, and rightfully so. I have gray eyebrows now. My hair is dark brown, not quite black. I have to have bangs to cover up my eyebrows because they are gray. And they're not a dark gray, they are a medium light grey. I will have to have them re-done at another salon due to this error. Oh, and she charged me for the touch up appointment, as she called it, where she corrected her previous mistakes and continued to use GRAY. I would not recommend this place for this reason only - permanent make-up. I should have known because all the pictures I looked at were from 10++ years ago. There was nothing current. Shelly said she didn't have time to keep the pictures current but that it was required. Hmmmm. My friend also had her eyeliner done at the same time. (Review approved by her.) She had previous bad experience elsewhere. Shelly told her she would take care of her and would make sure she was happy and would do as many touch ups as she needed and would not charge her for touch ups because she wanted her happy. Also not true. Her liner is thin and not dark - it doesn't pop at all - she's not happy. She will also need them redone.

I wish I could remember the others who have cut my hair, done my nails and giving a massage, because they were all top notch. I was rushed with an attitude, my haircut had noticeably uneven sides. It was very hard to get hold of the manager. I felt like they didn't care about a customer's complaint or making things right. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is just my opinion, your experience may be different.
