As my appointment went on, I also became concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The pedicure tub didn't appear to be cleaned, there were no plastic liners, and a tool that had been dropped on the floor was still used afterward. I left feeling disappointed by the interaction, but even more frustrated after paying $130 and having three of my nails pop off the very next day. I returned to have them fixed, and while they repaired them without any issue, two more nails came off the following morning. I understand that things happen, but between the sanitation concerns, the quality of the work, and having to make multiple trips back to the salon, I was disappointed with my overall experience. This place is AMAZING !! I took my 11 year old daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and she was so scared (do to a bad experience from somewhere else)That she was crying but would only go to Jade.
