The person (stylist) that helped me choose was knowledgeable about pricing and insurance coverage, which helped me make cost effective choices. among other things, they misdiagnosed my cataract condition. They said that it was due to floaters. The surgeon told me I had pretty severe cataract in one eye and it was totally missed by Dr. Marsh and Company. Eye exams are too expensive to deal with this level of incompetence. Definitely not recommended. read more

Wonderful doctor and a wonderful staff extremely detailed and aware of my 10 year olds needs. This was her first time going to an optometrist and they were absolutely friendly and spoke to her and learned her whole story. Saw them for an eye exam and glasses a month ago. The cost was outrageous for one new pair of glasses and lenses replaced in a frame I had. It was over 1000 dollars. That was with vision insurance.They made an appt for a follow up today. I showed up and no one knew I was coming. Despite the extensive first exam when I asked why it was necessary to repeat everything they said so they could bill my medical insurance.I really felt it was just all about making every dime they could and not what is in my best interest so I left. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Marsh Eye Center today. When I first walked in the door I was surprised that there were so many people there. Patients of all ages were getting fitted for glasses in the lobby. It was a busy office but you wouldn't have realized that by the service I received. I was promptly greeted. I let them know I had a later appointment but had a client change at that time and wanted to know if I could possibly move my eye appointment up so that I could still make a closing with my client. They checked and quickly came back and said the Doctor could take care of me while I was there. I was quickly ushered back for the preliminary scans and exams. The lady that helped me was super kind and made sure I understood was what happening every step of the way. I was then ushered into the exam room in which I only had to wait about 3 minutes which is amazing and unheard of. Dr. Osibanjo was great. She came in, listened to my concerns, and had me out the door in no time. Although I was there a short time she took all the time I needed to discuss a previous eye injury and made sure I felt heard. After the exam, I was ushered out to the lobby to meet with a lady who handled frames. She gave suggestions and helped me pick the cutest frames. The office was clean, not a typical dusty doctor's office. The staff was friendly and the wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend Marsh Eye Center. read more

Yikes, not great. They tried to charge me full for a full exam. I just need my contacts adjusted an additional 80.00 dollars for the exam, they tried to waive it when I brought it up to their attention. Seems distrustful. Needless to say the whole bantering and what seemed to be like negotiating left a bad taste in my mouth. Dr. Marsh is very professional; however, since COVID, the experience has declined. My most recent appointment was 11/28/22. I advised the tech in Dr. Marsh's presence that my insurance changed and I could no longer used the two pharmacies listed in my profile. The mail order pharmacy was looked up and confirmed; my chart was to be updated and a prescription for my eye drops was to be sent electronically. Today,12/15, I contacted my mail order pharmacy and they never received a script. I called Marsh Eye Center, spoke to staff, and was told it would be referred to the tech. The tech left a voicemail stating she would put the order in but did not know which pharmacy to use. The two choices she gave me were the two that were to be deleted from my profile!?!? The staff dropped the ball. This is not the first issue but rather the most recent. read more

Excellent, relaxed, friendly service. I had an exceptional experience with the entire staff. From registration, to the vision assessment, to the eye exam, to the frame selection and fitting. The doctor was friendly and helpful. Brooke always had a smile on her face and made sure I was comfortable. Scott in the optical department was upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with a picky guy like me. After my vision test, they let me pick my frames while my eyes were dilating instead of just sticking me back in the waiting area. By the time my eye exam was complete, my lenses had already been cut, and I got to wear my new frames out. I'm very happy with my experience! read more

All around excellent experience. Walked into a beautifully remodeled space. The entire staff was so helpful and seemed very happy to be of service. Saw Dr within 5 minutes after some very easy/hi tech tests, and he spent time above and beyond my questions. Bought computer glasses and was able to take them home same day. I've never needed glasses until now and I'm also not great at picking fashionable items. I'm pretty sure they realized this and I basically let them take over and pick glasses for me. They did an amazing job because I get nothing but compliments. I've also noticed my eyes are far less strained at the end of the day and I don't get any more headaches! read more

Marsh Eye Center is great. The staff and doctors are wonderful.

The doctor is super nice and professional. But the opticians are not very friendly, especially when you are not happy with your first pair of glasses and want to exchange one. They do have 30 days exchange or return policy. I had been waiting more than a week for a new pair of exchanges glasses. In the end, I had to stop by after work and wait for the optician to spend just a few minutes to install glasses to my exchanged frame. The optician seemed very unhappy about it. I don't know why since this is supposed to be her daily job. I actually don't like my exchanges pair of glasses too, but don't want to bother exchanging another pair again. I recommend the doctor but don't recommend getting glasses here. I am still wearing my old pair of glasses. I wanted to get a new pair since they are a little tight but I could still live with it. read more

Dr. Marsh and the actual practitioners in their office are awesome! They are extremely friendly, competent, and thorough. They are a bit more expensive than other eye doctors, but that is to be expected in Southlake. Sadly, the same attention does not extend to their billing staff. After my appointment, the staff were very uncertain how to process our common eye insurance. It took three calls and a follow up visit to finally get the required rebate information promised by the doctor. I had to call and get a refund once I discovered they overcharged me for something my insurance explicitly covers. Finally, they gave me a quote for contacts, and I paid the extra amount my insurance didn't cover. Over a month later, I received a bill for even more money. Apparently THEY made an error but wanted to charge ME the difference. I did pay the difference, but this consistent lack of professionalism in their billing department has soured an otherwise positive office. read more

Dr. B Marsh is nice but don't be fooled. If he, his staff or the lab he uses makes a mistake, not once, not twice but three times on the prescription because of transposing numbers, he then becomes LESS than professional and somewhat cocky. Not only does he not give you a break on the price of your frames (expensive) but he will not budge on the exam even if you pay the extra $40 for a picture of your entire eye. He hides all of his mistakes behind 'insurance'. If you use insurance here, beware, nothing will be done to ease the hundreds of dollars you spend here under the guise of it being an insurance claim. Oh sure, he has already been paid by the insurance company so he has the upper hand. You know what they say......what goes round. I won't be back and heed my words. read more

I had never been to the Center before, so this was my first experience. I had developed a problem over the weekend and called them Monday morning, not really knowing anything about them. They listened to my problem and asked if I could be there in 20 minutes. First, I was shocked to get in so quickly, and secondly, the care I received during my visit was outstanding. My problem required my being referred to a specialist and they handled all that, getting me an appointment the same day at 3:00. I can't tell you the last time I had such a pleasant experience with any business. I will tell the story to many and highly recommend them as a provider. read more
