My name is Anthony and I own the Simply Feet store which now is on Green Valley, AZ. I wanted a chance to comment on the two reviews. -Before I comment, here is a little about me and knowledge I'd like you to know.- My pride and joy is helping people with their foot, leg and back problems and I have 17 years experience and have been to a medical/technical school in the past to become a Pedorthist, which means I understand everything about feet. I have helped well over 150,000 people in Tucson and the surrounding areas as well as overseas and in many other parts our country. I started working at orthotic stores in the past that sold "custom fit" orthotics that supposedly are the only ones who sell orthotics to support all 4 arches and know their products and sales strategies very well. These places employ sales people who go through training, not learn medical information, but sales strategies so they can say the right thing and talk you into buying 2 or 3 pairs of orthotics that they sell for a $300-$900 depending on how much they can dupe you into it. Don't believe them, there is no reason to buy more than one pair of supports unless you have a couple shoes styles that need 2 different designs. Some doctors and podiatrist also sell also sell othotics that are pieced together from prefabricated pads and materials. There is no such thing as it make your feet work out. Also, there is no such thing as corrective/workforce supports and maintenance orthotics. This is blatant lies and the sales people may not even understand that what they're telling their customers are lies. I resigned from these types of stores 11 years ago to be able to do the right thing for people because you all deserve to be buying the real deal from people who actually care about providing real orthotics and very competitive prices with yearly check ups and free modifications for 4-5 years or until you break them down. At my store you get an evaluation, with people who have real medical knowledge and understanding, explanations and educations that are logical and make sense so that you know your not wasting your money when we make your orthotics. Evaluations are free. We'll be the first to tell you if we can't help you. We know great podiatrist and doctors who we can suggest for things beyond the scope of what we do. We do get a good number of referrals from doctors. One local poditrist brought in a Christmas gift and thanked us because he sends his patients who are challenging and we have never heard one bad thing...in fact our referrals grow every month. By the way...this poditrist sells his patients with simple foot problem his own orthotics. He only send us the difficult foot pathologies (problems); So I know were doing the right thing which make me so happy to be doing what I do. Now onto the 2 reviews I have on Yelp... 1) "John G." is not a real customer of Simply Feet. He is not in our database of patients or customers. He also may or may not be connected with a business in Tucson that also sells orthotic's. We are still investigating. He seems to be in the business of trying to destroy business reputations and has done this to other business's online. People like that are not good people and should not be allowed to leave reviews...but this is the internet and everything goes as most of you know. Don't believe everything you read on the internet is all I ask. He doesn't even live in Arizona. He lives in San Marcos, CA. He spends time giving the same bad reviews on multiple platforms and the only reviews are his "Scam Alert Reviews" Be aware of him and people like him that make a business of leaving reviews which he probably gets paid to do. 2)"CJ McLaughlin" was unrealistic and also demanded a lot of special attention and "walk-in" service at times during a very busy growth period for the store. I wish she would have worked with us better so that we could have actually helped her. She had to travel a little bit which is true and became very bitter every time she had to come see us and we had no time for her because we were with patients and customers who already had appointments. I personally can't help everyone all the time and that only upset her more. She would never let my staff help her. I have a no refund policy, except for special occasions. I have given partial and full refunds back to customers depending on the situation because I'm not a cold mean person and truly want to just help people. I will however not be be threatened by people like CJ. People like that will never get a refund. She was always irate and threatening to give bad online reviews (which she did) and threatened to tell the locals through newspapers and by mouth to not shop because of her personal experience. Some people can't be helped. Thanks for reading my side of story. There is not enough time or space for the review I need to leave Anthony Allen of simplyfeet. This guy is my hero. After spending a whooping $3000 at the good feet store, who's inserts made my condition worse not better, I was directed to Anthony Allen. There are few miracles that have happened in my life and I have to say he is one of them. I received quite an education on how our feet support our bodies and the importance of a comfortable fit when orthotics are necessary in my first visit. He did not guess what my problem was he diagnosed my problem spot on. I would drive 300 miles for his service. I have a job that requires a lot of walking everyday and without his expertise in helping me correct my foot problem I would not be able to maintain my job or life style. I went to Simply Feet because I just had both knees replaced. I have Stenosis in the Lumbar area and I was walking with a cane. I went to the Good Feet store for evaluation. What a joke. They are out to take your money. They wanted to sell me 3 pr. of insoles for $900 and there would be a period of adjustment. I went to Simply Feet and was fitted for insoles for $500 just about half of what Good Feet wanted. I have been back twice and Anthony made adjustments. I am now walking without a cane. I still have Stenosis because I will need surgery for that but my pain level has gone from 7 to 8 to about 3 to 4. All you have to do is work the program and talk to them about your problems. Simply feet is a store that prioritizes the customer and provides the most welcoming environment for all. The knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly nature of Anthony is nothing short of impressive. I came in with terrible foot pain and being known for someone who is "hard on their feet" I can say a few days after the evaluation I now have happy healthy feet again. I look forward to my check in appointments too! There are not many stores that have the client based approach and sincerity like Simply Feet. Best orthotics I've ever had! I have numerous foot issues and also need a lift in the left insole. Anthony's experience speaks for itself in the perfectly fitting insoles he created for me. They are super comfortable, lightweight, and correct all the issues we discussed at my consultation and fitting. Not only that, but he was able to deliver the finished product in 24 hours. Anthony made my orthotics several years ago and they worked wonders. I recently purchased four pairs of shoes on line that I loved but they didn't flt perfectly. I had a pair of full orthotics made for walking / tennis shoes and then another 1/2 one for some sandals, which I will wear all summer.
