I ordered flowers this morning to be delivered No one ever called me, and the flowers were never actually delivered. After five hours of zero communication I called. I also requested that they re-attempt and call me back an hour went by and nobody ever called me. What made this even worse was the extremely unprofessional comment from the woman on the phone, who said, "I see the notes now but it didn't print out and the drivers and security aren't the smartest persons on the planet." That is completely inappropriate to say to a customer and very concerning to hear about the people responsible for handling deliveries at a hospital. read more

Do not use this flower shop! You will be wasting your money. I ordered the "You're a Gem Bouquet" for a friend and she sent me a picture of what she received. I couldn't believe that it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. When I contacted the driver he agreed to help me, but was very snappy and rude, I then called the flower shop and asked to speak with the owner, the person that answered said he cannot help me and I would have to wait until Monday and before I could say another word, he hung up on me and will not pick up the phone. I picked this place because it was close to the church where the funeral was held. I ordered a standing funeral spray and it was better than advertised, simply beautiful. I also ordered a small casket spray. Mimi, the florist called me and said the small casket spray is for a child's casket but she would make it work. She said she will make it appear bigger without additional charge. When I saw the arrangement I thought it was huge!! It was very nice and looked impressive. I needed the flowers delivered a day before Mother's Day. I'm pretty sure all the florist were super busy. Mimi came through and had the flowers delivered on time for the service. I also referred this place to a friend because she was having trouble finding a florist that would deliver a funeral spray that day. Mimi came through again and had the spray delivered on time. The driver refused to leave my doorstep, holding the flowers in hand standing one foot from door speaking through contact hole. Repeated attempts to get driver to leave went nowhere. I refused to open my door to accept. Driver also called me vulgar names. Reckless behaviour. Beware customers, this store is not doing contactless deliveries! Update: Spoke with the owner and she was very apologetic, explaining those weren't the standards set by her to the driver. Ordered flowers to be delivered same day and online showed that there was still availability so I entered in all of my info at 8am and in the note section even specified that the delivery location was closing at 4:30pm and to please deliver by this time. Fast forward to 1:45pm the flowers had still NOT arrived so I called them just to be met with a "the rain has us backed up so we can't guarantee it will get delivered today, if not then tomorrow". This 100% defeated the purpose and had I not called I would have never known this info and been sitting around waiting for flowers that never would've shown. Immediately cancelled my order with them and called up my local florist accent on design and luckily she still had availability and was able to squeeze me in and make the delivery by 3:30pm. I ordered flowers for my wife from 1-800-flowers and this is the company they contracted to deliver my order. I made my order the morning before Valentine's Day with the guarantee to be delivered the next day. The evening before Valentine's I got an email from them saying the flowers were going to be delivered between 9am and 7pm on Valentine's. Yes, a 10-HOUR WINDOW of time!!! The reason I ordered them for delivery in the first place is because I am at work between 9am and 6pm. Well, guess what? I got home after work and the flowers hadn't arrived yet! So anti-climatic! At that point I thought they were not going to arrive at all so my wife and I then left the apartment to go for a walk and in the hallway near the elevators we saw a confused guy holding a vase of flowers asking random people if the flowers were for them, and then I discovered it was my order. Unbelievable! Fortunately I can laugh about this situation, and my day was a lot better than this minor event. However, and in my particular experience, this company is not reliable, their customer service is non-existent, and I cannot recommend them. read more

This past Sunday I attended a baby shower at the Blue Water Grill in Redondo Beach. The event took place upstairs in a nicely sized room with a beautiful view. As soon as I walked up the stairs, the first thing that caught my attention were the flowers. Each of the tables were beautifully garnished with a simple yet elegant centerpiece filled with hydrangeas and greenery wrapped with a gold bow to match the gold white and green theme of the baby shower. I was so happy when I got to take one of the arrangements home.
