I only wish I could give more than a 5 star rating for Simply flowers. I am originally from Salt Lake City, but currently live in Orlando, FL, and send flowers regularly to my mother in assisted living. I have been so disappointed on so many occasions with what was ordered and what was delivered that I thought I was up for one more disappointment when I ordered flowers for a family member who recently completed chemo treatments. I must say, Simply Flowers is AMAZING and I could not have been happier with what was delivered. My entire order was placed online, and did not speak with anyone, but the arrangement delivered was EXACTLY what was showing in the online photo / description. I also did not check the Yelp reviews prior to ordering, but can see why they have the reviews they have. Not only do the arrangements look like what you ordered, they are different and not the same arrangements from what you get from every other flower shop. Besides, who needs another arrangement created by a corporation and sent to florists to recreate that everyone else has received? Such a breath of fresh air to find arrangements that have thought put into them, to be different, but stand out from the rest. With this order being a special occasion, I wanted something different, and that is what we got. Also, when was the last time you received an email once the delivery was made, along with a photo of the arrangement that was delivered? I am surprised at the level of service and care put into their service. Flowers are expensive, they are supposed to be a surprise and lift people's spirits, etc., etc., etc. You will get what you pay for with Simply Flowers, and I cannot wait to get an arrangement to take to my mother (they don't deliver to her assisted living facility because of the distance), but every order will come from Simply Flowers in the future.
