From start to finish, the people we worked with at All Time Printing were kind and professional. We used them to print funeral materials and were able to send over all necessary information, pictures, etc. by email -- making the process smooth and efficient. We received a proof of each document that we needed within 24 hours of submitting all relevant information. Additionally, they were patient and gracious about receiving our edits and updates to their proofs. All printed materials came out beautiful and we were very happy with the results. His voice wasn't welcoming over the phone but i still made my way across town on my lunch break hoping in person it would be different. Big mistake. Customer service is horrible, the place is a hole in the wall. I would not recommended going here at all, too many printing places to go to where you won't be treated like a burden. This was my first time getting anything printed so of course i needed to know the process, he treated me as if i should know and as if i was wasting his time. NO he wasted mine!!
