Avoid at all costs. I attempted to get photo prints made here. Not only where they not helpful their prices are absurd. I had to call repeatedly since they didn't even download the files for a few days. When I did get a call they told me on the phone the prints would be ready to picked up. Guess what they weren't, When I arrived to pick it up they told me it would be another week! Found a place that printing it for me the next day at half the price and super high quality. I went here to have some small exhibition quality photographs printed. After speaking with someone on the phone about my order, I followed up with an email reiterating the details I had told them on the phone. It wasn't that involved a job. I needed some black and white digital prints with a one inch border. When I arrived to pick them up they had printed them without borders and I ended up having to wait over 30 min for them to reprint. The one women working there was very rude and seemed in a rush to leave rather then to help out and make sure I was getting quality images. Also, the images were pixilated which is not what I wanted. When I asked about this the women told me the file was too small and there was nothing she could do. For a place that specializes in printing, her lack of investment in my order was astounding. I ended up having these printed at My Own Color Lab from the same digital file at the same size and they were not pixilated and the quality of service there was much higher. Supreme Digital's whole operation feels very unprofessional and I would not recommend it to my artist and photographer friends. read more

I've been wanting to make giclee prints of my illustrations, for a long time, but I put it off because I didn't know where to start. I checked out several companies before starting, and decided to go with Supreme, for starters because I was really impressed by their correspondence with me. They were immediately so helpful and attentive, which meant a lot to me, especially since I'm just starting out with prints, and needed a lot of help. They made the process a whole less intimidating, and gave me just as much attention as they'd give to much bigger clients. Service like this is enough to win me over, but of course prices and quality are equally important, so I was pretty thrilled to hear their prices after doing some comparisons, which are much better than most out there. That said, there is absolutely no skimping on quality. I've now seen plenty of examples of what they do, in a variety of mediums, on different surfaces, and with different printers, and can say for sure the quality is tops. Now back to my experience... After working with a retoucher outside of there, I thought the digital files I gave to Supreme were perfect, but I realized they weren't after seeing the first proof (my bad). The peeps at Supreme soooo patiently worked with me to make sure my pain in the ass ocd perfectionist self, was happy, and didn't stop at that. They've honestly gone above and beyond in every single way, and I couldn't be more impressed or happier with the turnout of my work, and the whole experience. I look forward to doing all my future printing with these guys. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! read more

A list of mistakes and printer problems made this printer unusable. First of all the print size was completely off. It was printed 24"x250" when it should have been 24"x109". I still can't understand how this could have happened because not only was the file setup at the correct size when I handed it off to him, but we sat together reviewed the file in the studio at the computer. This means that the artwork was distorted at some other point in the process after it had been passed off. The color didn't match the image file whatsoever. The UV printer seemed to have had a problem printing red as it drastically faded out from where it looked good at the top. There was also banding throughout the print. This alone is a huge problem for me and would have made the print unusable. Lastly, it was printed in reverse. All of these things made my expensive print completely unusable. Because I used my own material to print on, I lost a ton of money in material alone. He offered to print it again, but I couldn't afford to waste any more of my expensive material and ran up against my deadline. Still haven't gotten my money back. read more

I had an astonishingly unprofessional experience with Supreme Digital in spring/summer 19 that ended up being a gigantic waste of my time and a monumental affront to my patience. I have worked with many print shops in NYC and have never experienced worse communication and customer service. Literally EVERY email I sent as a follow up to phone conversations went unanswered until I would call back and have to force someone to address my questions. Often it was impossible to get anyone on the phone and it would just ring into a voicemail void when I needed urgent answers. In fact, contacting them the very first time proved futile over the phone and I ended up being in the neighborhood and had to physically stop in to be able to talk to anyone... Supreme claimed they could do the job I needed done and to send them the specs which I did... and then waited... and waited... and waited. Then I called again, resent my info ... and waited... and waited... and then called again and talked to someone who knew nothing about my job, and resent my email, and waited... and waited.... I'd still be waiting now for a response if I hadn't once again chased them down by phone. An email response to ANYTHING from this place seems to be way too much to ask. From the start, my project was mismanaged with ZERO communication coming from Supreme and I needed to consistently chase my contact down by phone daily for answers. I wanted to work with a local print shop specifically so I could physically stop by to look at proofs and discuss any changes with the printer (and I communicated this to my contact at Supreme on first meeting). Instead, when I was right down to my deadline, my project got outsourced by Supreme to a commercial printer in Vermont, thus adding in extra time to have proofs shipped to me (the proof that was shipped also never arrived). In the end, that job was totally botched and was completely unusable to me, resulting in missing my project deadline and then the runaround of getting my materials back which had also been shipped off to Vermont. Needless to say, I immediately abandoned trying to work with this shockingly unprofessional shop. There seems to be no accountability here, horrific customer service and the worst customer communication I've ever experienced by a place that I would assume actually wants to stay in business? Maybe they're fine for a straightforward print job, I don't know since my job got outsourced. What I can say is that if you are looking for an incredibly frustrating, uncommunicative customer service experience with attitude where you feel like you are stalking someone just to get your email or phone call answered, this is your place! My advice to any professionals looking for a professional experience: GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE ! read more

I walked in with no prior notice 1 day before my wifes birthday to see if I could get a professional quality print of my children for my wife. I was a bit overwhelmed by the awesomeness and quality of the printing and matting options. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for, the best professional quality prints money could buy! Luck would have it, I received excellent professional service from Brendan, the owner. I had no idea how much was involved in producing a perfect recreation of a digital image and despite my ignorance and short notice, Brendan promised to have my selected prints ready by the end of the day.
