But since I brought Humphrey (my magical wonder kitten) home, my heart has opened back up. He brings me such joy and peace every moment. He's chatty, cuddly, social, and so sweet. I could not be more in love! I can't imagine a better family to get a Ragdoll from. They are hand-raising each little fuzzball with care and actual love, high socialization and new experiences - absolutely everything you'd want a kitten to have in those first crucial months of life. I don't have a lot of money, and I was really scared to take such a large financial risk, but I've only had my kitten home for a week and I can't imagine anything in the entire world being more worth the investment. Thru the entire process, I felt safe and reassured working with Elena - she answered all of my (many, many) questions, sent regular pics and vids, and was a total joy during the whole process. Elena and her merry band of fairy children are not just raising kittens, they are putting love and light out into the world where it is desperately needed - of course on a personal level for each lucky human who brings one of their sweet baby angel kitties home, but the love we exchange with these fur-babies will shine like a beacon for others out in the world. TLDR; this will be the best cat you will ever have. Don't hesitate, dive in.

I always had a contact number in case something happened and I needed to speak to someone no matter the time or day. The shelter is always clean and the animals are well cared for. I never seen any animal in the shelter that was uncared for. Their adoption form shows you that they care who adopts their animals. The employees are professional, friendly, understanding and caring. Tiffany the manager is the person I've been dealing with for many years and I never had a complaint about her. She's sincere about her job. The manager before her wasn't alway pleasant but she did care for the animals. Beverly the lady that answers the phone has always been professional. I will continue to bring my TNR cats to the shelter. That project is a great help to keep the kitten population down. It's worth the money. I read some negative reviews and just want to say don't always let them influence you.

I filled out the application which was easy to fill out and added the vets that my loving babies go to. I called up after filling out the application and I set up an appointment and when I got there they handed her to me and I cried. She was a tiny precious little girl. She had so much sass and was so confident. And now, six months later, she's even more amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of her and giving her the confidence boost that she needed. I…read moreunfortunately, without knowing what kind of horrific and negligent agency that they are, "adopted" two kittens at a price of $450 EACH, that did not get along with each other AT ALL, and the agency did not mention a thing about it. Interesting fact that when I arrived pick them up, I had a very large carrier and the person running the operation, James, a very unscrupulous man, put the cats in two separate carriers and gave me one because he knew that they would not make it in one carrier but yet he did not tell me a thing. Oh, they need more room is what he said When I took them to the vet for their "healthy check ups" much to my shock and dismay my vet found an overwhelming amount of ear mites that were ALIVE running around in their ears and required expensive treatment for one week around the clock twice a day. This is absolutely outrageous.. and EGREGIOUS However, wait it gets better... I have one cat that has liquid diarrhea! And whatever One has I'm sure they both have so now I'm into a fecal sample for both cats at $85 a pop! Waiting to hear what kind of lovely creatures they came home to me with Not to mention, I have a dog so whatever they have he's going to catch. Isn't this a lovely scenario wouldn't anybody want this for themselves? I think not this agency needs to be shut down immediately. I called them up. I spoke to someone named James who is the most miserly, unaccomplished person I could ever imagine that I had to speak with and demanded my money back. You know what he said? "You get nothing" I told him unfortunately, then I would see him in court. This is non-negotiable. This company is despicable stay away at all costs.!

It was a hassle-free experience during a time of great stress and grief. There was never any issue getting in touch with her when we had questions and she responded to our emails and calls promptly (even though it was at the peak of the Christmas/New Year's season). What impressed us the most was when she dropped off our dog's ashes; she stayed with us for about an hour getting to know our family and reassuring us that the feelings we were having are normal. We were delighted with her sincerity and her genuine concern.

After that the communication was on and off. She took long to reply and it was hard trying to set up to meet the dog. When she finally answered it was the day before I asked to meet and we no longer could seeing she didn't respond until the night before. I asked to set up a meeting for the following weekend and she proceeded to tell me they now only needed a foster for Lucky. I said no because we wanted to adopt. Few days later I see lucky still listed on Petfinder so I asked her if he was back up for adoption and she told me he went to a breed specific rescue. Super sketchy and weird. Delayed us from finding another dog to adopt.
