The owners and employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They answer all my questions and lead me to the right products so I feel confident in what I buy. Only been here a few times to pick up HydroFlasks but today I needed some guidance on a new supplement that had been suggested via my doctor. The lady who helped me was so patient to all my questions and knowledgeable on all that they carry. She also informed me that if for any reason I was unhappy with the product I could bring it back for store credit which was comforting knowing I wouldn't be stuck tossing a whole bottle away if it wasn't a good fit. I had to add this new business to Yelp just so I could review it. The experience was that good! The store is immaculately clean, well organized, and fully stocked. Any natural supplement, oil, or nutrition product you can think of. The aisles are wide and the owner greeted us with free samples. Although my kids were hot and tired and touching everything, she was incredibly patient and understanding- even when they knocked over a display. The owner knew everything about her products. I was able to discuss even personal health concerns without feeling the tiniest bit uncomfortable. She knew exactly what I was looking for and even had better products than I found online for what I needed. I ended up learning new things and never felt pressured to buy. At one point she even directed me to a local competitor for something she didn't carry. She knew everything! I couldn't stump her. Digestive support, fish oil, herbs... You name it. And somehow she never seemed like a know it all. :) the whole conversation was like talking to a dear friend. We went for supplements but were pleasantly surprised at their market of healthy and alternative snacks. Gluten free. Allergen free. Natural or organic. A stand out product we tried- fish oil supplements for kids that taste like a delicious fruity dessert on a spoon. I couldn't believe it! After cycling through several expensive products that my kids won't take (they're oily) we found a winner. Both my 7 and 3 year old declared it "delicious". We will be back for sure. Do yourself a favor and try this place. I've been to every supplement store in Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin area and this was by far the best experience! Please note- CLOSED SUNDAY. This is an unusual local shop that has a little something for everyone. I initially came in for dairy free foods due to a family allergy and was blown away by the vitamin choices and other goodies. I finally made it in. I had to go in and get more fire cider and they had the shot glass for it. I asked for something that would help with a stuffy nose and she did recommend a cold medicine however it was a bit pricey for my budget at the moment and I didn't feel pressured at all. I was surprised to see DoTerra oils behind the counter and also got myself the breathe roller ball. I could probably spend a good day and a ton of money there.
