I've been coming to this store for their fresh squeezed juices from their juice bar. However, a few days ago, I went in and found out to my surprise that they no longer make them but only make it to order during juice bar operating hours. This is unfortunate because I loved their juices; they were fresh and had an array of flavors. They're definitely much better than the Odwalla brand juices displayed in the refrigerated section. When I asked the lady at the juice bar, she informed me about the change. You can order it when they are open which I think is from 7am to 6pm, though I'm not 100% sure about the juice bar hours but I remember her saying to order one before 6pm. The ambiance is clean overall, the hot food bar was ok, but the food at night appeared to be over-done perhaps from sitting under the heat all day. Because that was not sales price, even I scanned my rewards code on the app. It's showed we have an internet technical issue now. That's not my problem. But she said I can't change the price. You need to come back tomorrow or call office!! WHY??? Why do I have to come back? Why she can't change it right now??? That's her job!!! She suddenly changed her attitude and changed price, when I asked her to bring a manager right now. And she said I don't say anything to you. She was starting lying to me!! Totally she was a wrong and very rude!! She should not be work at the customer service because she can't do anything for the customers and her attitude was very rude!!! Employee name is Lisa. This is the nicest Raley's supermarket I've ever seen. Wide aisles, premium selection of goods. The interior is spotless, feels fresh. The employees are friendly and helpful. The ready to eat food section does not look as scrumptious as the close-by new Nugget market, but it is WAAAAAYYYYY better than the Whole Foods Fountains shopping center quality. (I've eaten the Whole Foods prepared stuff several times. It's never been very good.) This is a good market for northwest Blue Oaks Roseville. There is much new housing being developed in this side of town. This market will get plenty of action. read more

The store closes at 11, and my boyfriend and I were looking at the drinks around 10:50 (11/29). There was this woman with glasses and short hair who closed the drop down curtains while we were still looking at them. I would understand if it is part of pre-close. However, she didn't even say excuse me, or hey I have to close these up. She just ignored us fully and got in front of us to close them up. read more

Raley's and Bel Air has absolute gone to trash. Horribly rude staff, long lines I mean what has happened to this company? We were in line when the checker berated my family member for being too close to the person swiping their card. I mean c'mon have you ever heard of a polite "sir do you mind stepping back just a little" instead she said "hey how about giving him some space" she also rolled her eyes, scoffed and generally was irritated by everything. They also said we are not allowed to use our spouse's phone number for the rewards as if we should create two separate accounts for a grocery store within one household. The Roseville, CA location of Raley's O-N-E Market is one of the latest stores of 200+ stores to open in northern and central California. Raley's O-N-E Market is primarily a full-service supermarket, but it has a couple of things that no other grocery store offers in Placer County: Full service deli and a BEER and WINE bar! Yowza!! The beer and wine bar, along with the most expansive deli in the area not only set this supermarket apart from others, but it offers comfortable seating in an expansive dining room, located inside. Patio dining is offered as well. From the tap, I went with a standard 16-oz frosted glass of Fort Rock Foggy Goggles, which is a "hoppy" Imperial IPA, brewed semi-locally in Rancho Cordova, in the greater Sacramento, CA area. It's a strong ale, with an alcohol content of 8.9%, which made me not only feel great, but made me happy that I was walking home and not driving. The ale has a full-bodied taste, it hits you like a hammer, and if you love the taste of hops, you'll love this ale. Personally... I LOVE it! The restaurant, located inside the supermarket, is essentially a self-serve deli, with the exception of the deli counter. If you're hitting up the "Hot Wok" and "Soup and Salad Bar," it's self-serve, as you serve yourself. If you're a "to go type of" diner, there are containers for you to put your food in, but if you're "old school," like me and prefer to dine-in, there is a station with real plates, knives, forks and spoons. After you make your selections, you bring your loaded plate to the counter, where your food will be weighed, and you'll be charged a flat sum by the pound... $10.99 per pound at this writing. Naturally the weight of your plate is already a "given" so you'll only be charged by the food you put on your plate. This is a great thing, as you can choose what you want to enjoy and exactly how much you want, and you'll only pay for as much as you choose. From the "O-N-E Hot Bar," located across from the deli, I went with "Hot Wok" and my choice today was "Teriyaki Chicken," with "Spring Rolls" along with a small container of Raley's famous "Chicken Soup." All choices from the "Hot Wok," with the exception of the soup are priced at $10.99 a pound, which makes it easy. You pick your choices, as much as you want, and you're only charged by the pound. If you're dining "in," like I did today, the weight of the plate is discounted from your food, as you're only charged by the weight of the food you choose. The soup is separate, as it has a separate price. All together, my "Hot Wok," including soup came to $6.63, including state sales tax for hot food, which made this not only a delicious lunch, but put it below the marginal offerings of national "fast food" restaurants. Such a delicious lunch at a very reasonable price! The "Teriyaki" chicken started out with a small chicken drumstick, and a wing, seasoned, battered, and fried to a crispy, golden brown. Juicy, flavor and tender... just like your mom's fried chicken, except it had a slight twist: Teriyaki sauce, which added an amazing dimension of flavor to this delicious chicken. The chicken was basted in teriyaki sauce, doused with sesame seeds, and served with sliced green chili pepper and white onion. Truly delicious deli chicken! It was so delicious that I almost ate the bones. I enjoyed two "Spring Rolls" on today's early lunch which worked out perfectly. The spring rolls were filled with peas, carrots and potato, and deep fried to a very crispy golden brown on the outside, with a "crunch," yet tender, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Delicious! I felt like I needed a bit of "comfort" in my life on this mid Friday morning, so I went with an 8-oz container of "Chicken Soup." How much more comfort could you ever ask for in your life? The soup was served with a rich, flavorful broth, with lots of chicken and noodles. The soup was pretty basic, but excellent, and it warmed my body, and taste buds, and satisfied my spirit. The deli and restaurant, located inside Raley's O-N-E Market offers everything that you could imagine, and then some, and is more like a cafeteria, located inside the supermarket. A comfortable dining room, an awesome patio in front of the store, and a craft beer and wine bar set Raley's O-N-E Market apart from any supermarket in Placer County, or maybe even the greater Sacramento area, and make this one-stop supermarket a one-of-kind destination stop for groceries, craft beer and fine dining. I rarely shop at Reley's because i am a long time Safeway member but this store is right by my house. produce all looks great and fresh, not bruised or wilted. they even have a bar here that surprised me! i never seen that at a grocery before. while i was at the coffee area the worker there name Rosie made me my first ever iced Matcha Latte. they have tons of flavors and milk options too. she told me after you buy 10 drinks you get a free one. they even make smoothies or milkshakes. so i told her okay you better sign me up then because i could get too used to this place haha. now i guess im a raley's and Safeway member. my husband was surprised to see whole jackfruit here too. its like a safeway and sprouts combined. very cool! read more

9.42 oz is not equivalent to 1lb. We have been buying the same bag of chips from this particular store and I have been telling my wife that the store has been cheating us. So, finally, the other day when she bought another bag, I took out our scale to prove to her. This actually has been building up for sometime now. It didn't start with the chips. It's either a rude employee, their made-to-order pizza, or some other issue. This store is the closest to us so it's the convenience of not having to drive farther is the reason why we still patronize this store. Addendum: Standing by your products and employees is a noble thing to do. But, if your product clearly has cheated the consumers, then that should be properly addressed and corrected. read more

Not only will you find groceries here but they also have hot food items, a salad bar, pizzas cooked to order, and an eat in area. They also have candles, and unique gift items. It's a beautiful store I love to walk down every aisle. There is a lot of new food/restaurants opening up near this store in the same parking lot. Ambiance clean. Lots of food choices. Service are good. They have newsletter coming around the neighborhood for the $5 Monday. There's pump rewards and something extra rewards. It is definitely a one stop shop, from groceries, bakery, ready to grab food, party events, dog treats bakery, flower shop and more. They have wide variety of discounts every now and then. I came here with my girls when we heard they had a little bar inside. Piqued my interest as i have not seen a grocery store with a bar, and it seems like an okay spot. The mimosas are pretty good! Lots of IPAs. It actually seems like a cool spot to chill on a slow errands day or to meetup with friends. Only two things that was weird was one of the bartenders (her name is Rachel, blond small girl) didn't serve us at all, and actually was trying to sell her cats to us? We were waiting for service and she just kept trying to convince us to take her cat. I felt really pressured and uncomfortable. If i wanted an animal I would go to my local shelter haha I dunno it just seemed really strange for a bartender to be trying to convince me to take in her random pet like that. And 2, there was a lot of traffic in the store with children on bikes which was bizarre. Why do they let them ride their bikes in circles around the bar? And when we were trying to drive off these kids were outside too, riding their bikes straight into cars in the parking lot and cutting us off. What a nice clean and new store in an area that desperately needed some grocery options! They've got nearly everything you could want here from fresh smoothies to made to order sandwiches to all your grocery needs. Today I tried a made to order sandwich on Dutch crunch and it was delicious. Had to try the salad and fried rice and those were good too. They've got a nice salad bar and Chinese food section. The roasted veggies caught my eye but I didn't add any to my salad The store looks smaller than a regular bel air or raleys but the space may just be used more efficiently. The fresh product looked nice and the store layout made for easy shopping. They had the tostadas that are on sale right now when my normal bel air only had one pack of broken ones left :\ Will have to do my food shopping here some day :) read more

I don't get the big deal about a O-N-E market. I feel like the place is super clean, the associates are friendly/helpful, and the prices are the same as other Raleys. I saw they have a few things that I have not seen at the Raleys down the street but it seems like a waste of another store that is already close by. I got the nugget feel but it didn't go the extra mile like the nugget does. I would just go to the Raleys on Woodcreek or the Nugget if I wanted something with higher end products. First time coming! Immediately upon walking in I turned to the right and saw the jackpot! A section full of tropical fruits they had Dragon Fruit with white flesh (I know these are common elsewhere, but never really fresh) and red flesh (super hard to find) fun part was there was no label of how much it was, but the fruit looked perfect not overly ripe so I went for the long haul got two white flesh dragon fruit and two red flesh dragon fruit. They also had star fruit which is hard to find along with rambutans, and guava. I was set for my shopping. I took a stroll through the store they has amazing smelling soaps, and candles. I was hoping to find Meyersberg Goat milk but none to be found. Other items were fairly priced. Now for checkout each Dragon Fuit was $13.49!!! 5 Rambutans $2.80 or $9.99/lb 2 Guava $3.98 2 Star Fruit $1.99 /ea Now the interesting part was the manager had to come over to override the star fruit purchase since apparently the store is not selling them, but they still received a shipment ans the manager took it upon hereelf to authorize selling them for $1.99 ea. I want to love it. Produce is great! Meat department is great. Wine and beer bar is a great niche. The hot bar never changes or rotates though. Promotional programming is an obstacle too. Tough to buy wine here unless you want six bottles, this causes us to search elsewhere. Some of their promos also require a purchase of 3 or more items for discount, items will code out before I use them or I'd be at Costco. Prices are top end for similar items at competitors with more aggressive promotions. Seems like this raleys may struggle given folks are looking for better values during the high inflationary period. They are after higher basket sizes. I'm usually looking for the best value in things we buy every week and use it to supplement our shopping. Needs zero calorie margarita mix. Otherwise clean, well merchandised, organized and great. read more

Great experience on opening day! They were slammed (as expected) but I'm sure the crowds will slow down as business continues. They have a great selection of fresh groceries as decent prices, local brews & wines, plenty of prepared foods to choose from (including a DIY pizza bar!), and the vibe from the staff is great! We grabbed a pizza, fresh beet juice, and avocado toast. All taste perfect and are priced well considering rates these days. To top off the opening day experience, one of the staff came up to us when we were going to check out and offered my wife a dozen roses on the house. Nice touch of class! We're super excited to finally have a grocery store within a mile of our home in West Roseville! read more

This review is for the bar/wine counter. My wife and I love our date night and it typically falls on a Thursday evening. We enjoy happy hour and prefer sitting at the bar counter. If we're lucky there is a friendly bartender and a fun person sitting next to us. We don't always have a plan, just an idea when our date begins. Last night we had to stop at the Raley's One for a couple of things on our way out. Just for fun, we sat at the beer/wine bar counter (to the left) to see what it was it all about. The bartender Chip was friendly, we were curious, so he gave us the run-down. We sat next to a super-friendly couple, ordered a glass of wine and a $13 pizza. Here is the kicker, the bill was $26!!!! 26 dollars! Sadly, there is no gratuity allowed, because 'Chip earned a tip.' I can see a bike ride to Raley's in our future once the weather warms up. This is now officially my new go to grocery store. It's like a nicer, cleaner Whole Foods without the heavy foot traffic. I have never seen such a well organized, clean grocery store. Fully stocked as well! They have a huge selection of organic options along with some of your usual Raley's/BelAir favorites. This location had a super cute holiday decor set up as well and some beautiful flowers up near the front. Next visit I will have to get some things from the deli and bakery, everything looks amazing. Super clean store. Staff is very friendly. Everything is easy to find. Purchased coffee and pastries at the little coffee shop on the left side of the store right when you walk in. The gentleman was smiling and seemed so happy and jolly in the morning. My kids really like this store and especially love the waffles at their coffee shop. Convenient location. Let's see I've gone to this store around three or four times now And find layout totally worthless... They have the dairy products probably in four or five different places, they don't carry a lot of the items advertised that are sold at the regular Raleys and belair stores but they'll tell you that we have to by law put the sign up at but we don't carry them. When you go to the meat section and get some fish... The other store has the lemons and the cocktail sauce right there but there you have to go to the front of the store to get the lemon and go in the condiment section row 7 to look for the cocktail sauce which I could never find... Frustrating. Also other one has the McCormick spices right there too. When I was there today the employees in the deli section were like sneezing and coughing all over the place And I still think it's gross that they have open salad bars in the restaurant especially with people like that sneezing everywhere. Also they don't carry the lottery machines there... A lot of people go to the store And want to get those at the same time especially us seniors and won't want to go to two stores to do that. This place is beautiful but I have went there 3 times purchasing items for my dogs that has been expired and smelled foul. I got a cupcake and cake both expired and smelled horrible which resulted in a sick dog. The bar is good when you can get service. read more
