This was enough for me to dive back into my yelp account in 2026, so that's saying something! My daughter and I often grocery shop together, and a staple of our experiences together is "getting samples" at a certain warehouse store that starts with a C.. well we don't tangle with their produce, so Sprouts is our go-to for fresh fruit/vegetables. We've seen Marc hosting samples before, but this time my daughter took note of the sample including chocolate, and cherries on the table. The chocolate hummus blend, biscuit cookie with raspberry, and the "brookie" made my daughter's day, and she asked in the car if we could give Marc "10 stars" because now she wants to check for samples every time at Sprouts (I think the other store has been dethroned as sample king in her eyes). Shoutout where it's due, Marc was friendly and made the grocery stop go way beyond what we expected. Now I also have to keep eyes out for that chocolate hummus! read more

I love this store. They always have everything I need and it's always organized. Nice to find everything where it says it should be. I Went in today and Marc was giving samples of chocolate hummus with biscoff cookies , SO GOOD! I bought all the ingredients and I can't wait to snack on it at home. Like always, he took the time to show me where the ingredients are and even pointed out some other new products in their ready meals fridge. The store is quiet and comfortable to shop at. If I see him heading my direction, I'm already making an escape route. His interactions can come across as overly intense, and it's honestly uncomfortable. I feel for the woman who shop in there and work there. And what's with the constant push for reviews? Every interaction feels like it's building toward, "Don't forget to leave me five stars!" Whether that's coming from management or it's a personal mission, it's way too much. Good customer service speaks for itself. If you have to campaign for compliments every five minutes, maybe the service isn't as impressive as you think it is. So relax, Marc. I visited this store because the gluten-free item I usually get from Nugget was out of stock. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted and offered help by the nicest employee I've ever encountered! Marc welcomed me in, walked me around the store introducing various GF options, and even offered to share homemade recipes to use at home. I found the item and left with a few more new choices for my 8-year-old, who struggles with celiac disease. I love going into sprouts and getting a handmade sandwich with fresh ingredients. The staff is always friendly.
