The bouquet I ordered and specifically requested be delivered Saturday morning was delivered Friday morning. The arraignment was going to a hotel for my fiancee ahead of our arrival on Saturday. I was told it would be put together Friday and delivered Saturday and was not a problem with a $25.00 fee attached. Hotel staff was aware of this and asked the delivery person why it was dropped off Friday and were told that they do not deliver on Saturdays. I had asked also for a delivery notification from the shop which never came and now see why. The arraignment was nice but slightly wilted possibly due to the 24 sit in a hotel frige. Being about the only business that does flower delivery in the area one would think quality and respect for reasonable but specific requests from customers would be respected. I have received flowers from this shop twice and I was disappointed in them both times. The first time there were wilted flowers in the arrangement. The second time the bouquet was nothing like what was ordered (pictured online). Minimal flowers all greens and a sprig of lilies that had 2 unbloomed wich never bloomed, they wilted and died). read more

Very dissatisfied. I did not get the bouquet I ordered way ahead of time. I ordered a purple rose bouquet for my parent's very special 50th Anniversary. I also requested Trixy to email a picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. The day before it was delivered I called and left a message with an employee to remind her to email me with a picture. No picture was sent. I requested my Mom to take a picture of the bouquet and it was nothing like what I ordered. I did not see this picture until a couple weeks after their anniversary. When I called to complain Trixy said, "I texted you a picture." (My cellphone wasn't in service at the time and I did not request a text, but an email.) Then she said, "You got a bouquet that was worth more than what you ordered." When I insisted on a refund she said, "I'm not going to refund you the full price of the flowers." When I continued to insist on a refund she inaccurately claimed, "We talked about two different options." When I told her I I ordered a specific bouquet with a specific order number she said she would have to check her invoices and she would call me back on a certain day. This was going to be a two week wait. ( Mind you I had yelled at her during the conversation, but I left a message apologizing for this at a later date.) She did not call me on the date arranged and I called back 3 times. I was finally left a message by one of her employees that I would not be refunded my money because my request was made 3 weeks after the delivery. I give her one star because after several excuses and delays she failed to honor her %100 satisfaction guarantee policy. It is so disappointing when you order something way ahead of time for something as rare as a 50th anniversary and you do not receive anything like what you pay for. My advice: Buyer beware! You may not get what you ordered and she lacks the honesty and professionalism to stand by her word. read more
