This is the 3rd time (at least) our daughter has sent us flowers and a peace lily plant from Harbor Bloom's (she lives in Ca, we live in Wa) and the plant/flowers are just gorgeous!!! I have ordered flowers from various big companies in California (where the recipients reside) and was disappointed almost every time, regarding selection and value. We are all VERY pleased with Harbor Blooms! The flowers are always sovery fresh and not wilted. The vases are always so beautiful too. The flowers I received from my daughter today has the cutest fabric ribbon around the vase. My daughter says she loves ordering directly from HarborBlooms. We were planning a funeral while the shop was closed for moving so I was unable to visit in person. But Tanya patiently worked with me over the phone to get the most beautiful flowers (a spray and cremation wreath) at a price that worked. Delivered to the venue on time along with outside orders. This is the second time we used Harbor Blooms for a funeral event and would recommended not only the product but the excellent service. They may be the only florist in town but they would be the best even if they were one of a dozen. read more

A touch pricey but worth it. Their bouquets are always beautiful. A friend of mine gifted me a lovely basket with potted plants from here. I haven't repotted them yet but they're still all alive which is more than i can say for the plants that are sold in the local box stores that come with pests, root rot, etc. These ladies know their stuff and it shows. ​ read more

I made a last minute phone call for a funeral casket spray. I spoke with Sheryl by phone and she was amazing. I told her what I wanted, but being only two days before the funeral, I did not think we could get what I wanted. Sheryl said they didn't have many white flowers. I only wanted white. We had only heard fantastic things about this business and picked them for my wedding. While the flowers themselves were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. When we went to pick up the day before the wedding the flowers weren't ready, and they blamed it on their clipboard "being over the date." I asked about delivery and they said they don't really do that. But again my wedding was the next day, so we finally agreed on getting them to deliver for their mistake, and while they did deliver it was 2 minutes before the time cut off we gave them. If there was an issue there would of been absolutely no time to rectify the situation I would of just been stuck with what I got for my wedding. read more

I have received several bouquets and arrangements from Harbor Blooms over the past year and every one of them looked great and lasted a long time. Their prices are reasonable, too and the customer service is great (including the delivery). I've also ordered from them and been pleased with what was delivered. My mother told me to change the water in flower vases everyday to prolong the flowers and this seems to work well. Obviously the flowers die at some point, but I have come to expect that I can get two full weeks out of a bouquet from Harbor Blooms. Truly impressive florist with very fresh flowers. Harbor Blooms literally made my wedding come to life. The beauty that the floral arrangements brought to our wedding venue was incredible. I can't even describe it in words, and I wish I had more pictures to show off their amazing work. The pictures don't even do it justice, all of the arrangements and the arbor were magnificent. Working with Sheril was awesome, she was so kind, took the time to listen to our ideas and help us come up with the perfect vision. She thought of every details. The process was easy and straightforward and anytime I had a question or concern she worked with me to address it. Harbor Blooms was one of the best vendors that I worked with during our wedding planning process and I can't even describe to you how gorgeous the arrangements they produced for us were. We sent everyone home with some and still have the vases and trees that we could keep and they are still beautiful. I live in Seattle WA and I wanted to have Flowers delivered to a Birthday Bash girls weekend at the ocean in Moclips WA. The nearest florist is nearly an hours drive in Aberdeen WA. I called the gals at Flowers By Pollen on Friday afternoon. They do not deliver that far, but made an exception for me. They drove on a Saturday the most GORGEOUS floral arrangement to my girl friend for her Birthday and I could not be more impressed. Called while out of town to have bereavement flowers delivered and was thrilled that they were willing to deliver the same day! I am also giving 5 starts because I placed my order at the end of a day on a Saturday and they were very honest about what flowers they had left and that new flowers would be shipped on Monday so they offered to either wait or suggested a plant basket. Harbor Blooms did an amazing job for my wedding! They created drop-dead gorgeous and unique bouquets, including a beautiful cascading bouquet for myself. They also decorated a large, circular arch that was incorporated in our ceremony and it was breathtaking. They were very respectful of our budget and needs; they arrived and finished on time for the big day and made everything super easy. I was planning my wedding outside of Washington State and Harbor Blooms always made time to see me when I was in town and made the planning process simple.
