They did my mother's estate sale 7 years ago, and I was very impressed with how they set everything up, and the results. BUT...get a signed contract immediately, even if you're not 100% sure of the date, or you may be bumped without notice or so much as a courtesy call. That's what happened to me, leaving me high and dry trying to downsize and move. Confirming a date 6 weeks prior was too late...did a more profitable sale come up? Hmmm..... read more

Do not use this company, we were completely screwed over by them and we are still trying to pick up the pieces. Back in June, we called and Judy came to look at our home as we were interested in having an estate sale, she came out to look and told us that she was on the fence because there 'wasn't much to attract the female buyer', which was true, I understood that. She told us she would get back to us later to let us know if she approved the sale, she later let us know that we were approved and that she took the job. We have text messages where she said we were on the schedule. She told us to stop cleaning out the house and leave everything where it was, so we did just that, after not hearing from her in weeks, I called Judy and asked if she had a date for the sale, where she then told us that she "never took our sale" even though we have inalienable evidence that she took the job. This is an absolutely despicable way to treat someone who has just lost a relative and needs to get their house emptied out before it sells. We are now completely screwed with a house full of stuff, and no company to come help us do it, with every company completely booked for months. This company and Judy completely screwed us over, don't make the mistake of using this company or you may face the same fate. read more
