He also got an attitude and was no help !! i would say those two need to be fire then that place would be great , but she ruined it for me and now has lost a friend and myself as customers and i have been there for over 2 years smh . Im positive she is living there . she always has multiple vehicles there washing them and a few dogs that she keeps there . if I could i would rate a 0 !!

I've still never spoken with anybody and I can't reach it because it's an extremely high ceiling and I couldn't even reach it with my 14 foot ladder and nobody has ever even attempted to do it. I have been here when people who work here were on site and I've been here many times besides that I also pay for 24 hours access and the third time I used my 24 hour. The police department came in harassed me asked me to search my vehicle while I was at the dumpster and. Until they spoke to and found out whether or not they wanted to press charges on me detained me for over an hour harassed my handicapped friend who is in a wheelchair made him get out of the car also searched another person that I was with, and after they found out, there was nothing that I was doing wrong. They never admitted it nor did they feel the need to address it and I have called left multiple messages got no response back or phone tag and when I left messages are called during business hours nobody answered or nobody responded back to me. I've maybe two phone calls back out of 10 or so that I've made this place is a freaking Joke and that they're charging extra for 24 hour access and charge me for about six more months of that after I decided, I wasn't gonna use it since I got harassed by the time I did they continued to charge me even locked me out of my unit because of because I was late on a 24 hour fee payment and I have made 3 to 4 months rent paid upfront every time, but I thought that I had canceled 24 hour access since obviously I couldn't use it without being harassed by the police and I still paid for pay for it till I spoke with somebody on the phone, which was about six months after I stopped accusing it nobody has this either

Found my unit and it wasn't a lock are anything on the door are on the inside. it was very trash. originally bought a lock when I set all this up. Talked to customer service to find out I still needed to buy a lock they did say it would be credited but I'm still not ok with that what if I didn't have the money for that. When I left I got stuck only because the app access wasn't working again so I had to get out my truck and enter the code manually.
