They were quick to reach back out to me late on Friday within the hour, and accommodated me the next day. They communicated every step of the way, and even with an overfilled schedule - took the time and delicacy needed to move my secretary without a scratch on it. Literally. They didn't over charge, and cost much less than others I reached out to in general. Very transparent on cost and easy to work with. It was a rainy, muggy, and windy day -- and this didn't affect their efficiency of work whatsoever.
