At night, i talked to my parents about this, and they asked me to stay in the same apartment for the next year. I called them back to tell them the situation. i felt sorry so i told them that i would give them 20 dollars to compensate their time. They said ok. But on the day they came, they told me 20 dollars is not enough, i need to pay them 30 dollars. I asked them why? They said that was the charges of inspecting the packages. That was ridiculous! They neither mentioned the inspecting charges on their website nor they told me about the charges at the first time. This was really unacceptable. i asked them why didn't you mention that on our first meeting or on the website. Instead of answering my question, she said that she was originally going to charge me 40 dollars. 30 dollars is after a discount. In the meanwhile, she keeps insulting me on my race, and told her partner that i have bad habits that all people in my country had. LOL. TOO RIDICULOUS!!! When talking to the manager, she seemed to think the books were fine. She told us to just email some pictures and talk to our renter's insurance. It's not my renter's insurance problem that this storage unit is absolutely disgusting and does not store anything safely. I would hope that no one ever uses this facility, unless they want all of their personal belongings destroyed. I included many pictures, but they aren't even close to showing all of the damage.
